characters and background info (update 01.19.2025)

Hi everyone it's me from 2025 and I am working on writing more details and making this a more enjoyable experience. It was my first book and I've never written one before, but a lot of people read it which was cool. I was 14 or 15 when I wrote this so I really just wrote about whatever but it there is something here I just need to work on it. Also I had a ton of chapters I never posted and an idea for this book I think this will be a good hobby to pick as well to sharpen my writing skills. Characters:

This is Alejandra (Alex) Saint Valentine. She's the oldest of the group and somewhat of the leader. She is in an open relationship with Nate, pansexual, and 5'8". She in the band and plays low brass.

This is Shawn Wells. He's the second in age. He's single and has had a crush on Alex since they were kids, bisexual , and 5'11". He plays football and is the quarterback.

This is Dontae Mills . He is the middle kid of the group. He single, straight, and 5'11". He in the band.

This is Nathaniel (Nate) Gomez. He is the second youngest. He's in an open relationship with Alex, pansexual, and 5'6.5" He also plays football.

This is Ariel Wallace. She's the youngest of the group. She's single, bisexual, and 5'2. She plays flute in the band.

How they all became friends:
Ariel and Alex have been friends since birth due to the fact that their parents are the best of friends. Alex meet Dontae because he was the boy next door and they've been friends since day one. Aria lived in between Nate and Shawn and they always played outside together. They all became official best friends when they were 7 or 8. The story started on the last day of their senior year.
