~Shawn's pov~

We were all just chilling after eating wingstop and I got a dm on instagram.

Baby.Rose

Baby.rose: hi is this Shawn?

Me: yes and you are?

Baby.rose: I'm rose I go to your school I'm in the band with Aria and Alex

Me:oh ok uhh hi I'm Shawn

Baby.rose: ik.
Baby.rose: so I'm having a party and just wanted to know if you want to come

Me: when is it

Baby.rose: tonight

Me: I'll see👀

Baby.rose: ok 😊

I went though her insta to see what she looks like.

"Aye you guys this girl from school having a party you guys want to go?" I asked the group and Alex replied with "I mean sure but who's party?"

"Her name's Rose and her best friend's name is Gaby." Aria spoke up "Oh! They're in the band with us, they cool people."

"So you guys want to go?" I ask and they all said yes so we went to go get dressed and ready for tonight.

After getting ready we all hopped in the car and started driving to the party.

We pulled up, got out the car and there was people everywhere. We walked into the house and Rose and Gaby meet us at the door.

"Omg Shawn you made it and brought friends." She said with a smile.

"Yea so what's up?" I ask and they just grab me taking on what I assume is a tour.

~a hour and half later~

~Alex's pov~

So I haven't seen Shawn in a little bit. Last I saw him he was at the door when we first got here. Dominic and Nate are playing beer pong and after sharing a blunt and Aria and I are dancing back on each other because we don't really know many people. We made small talk with Rose, Gaby, and other band kids but it's getting a little late.

Aria and I walked over to the beer pong table just as Dom won the game.

"Dom it's getting late you, Aria, and Nate should get a Uber and go home I'll find Shawn and take him home." I yelled in his ear because the music was loud. He nodded and got everyone and left now it's time to find Shawn. I walked around and saw Rose and decided to ask her.

"Rose have you seen Shawn?" I asked, "I'm looking for him now because I saw your friends leave" she said.

"Help me find him." She nodded and we started looking everywhere then she got a text from Gaby that someone is sleeping in her room. So we went to Rose's room to see a drunk Shawn passed out on her bed.

"Shawn. Wake up!" I yelled and he shot right up. I grab him and put his arm over my shoulders and ask Rose "he's not a lightweight how did he get this drunk?" She replied "after we showed him around and talked to him for a little bit he left and we didn't see him again so I really don't know." I nodded and helped him to my car. After helping him I got in the driver side.

"First thing is that if you throw up in my car I'll kill you and second thing is i'm taking you to my house because I'm too tired to drive you to your house." He nodded and I started driving.

Once he and I got home he plopped on my bed and I changed into some PJ's in the bathroom. When I came out he was staring at the ceiling.

"How do you feel?" I asked laying next to him." I feel better now that I'm here with you." Those words caught me off guard.

"What you mean kid?" I asked " I was drinking because people were handing me drinks but if you were there you wouldn't have let that happen so I'm saying you keep me safe and I like that about you." When he finished talk he gave me the biggest, goofiest smile and I laughed. We talked a little before we both fell asleep.
