Calling Jessie Boi...

"But I'm not crazy, I'm just a little unwell
I know right now you can't tell
But stay awhile and maybe then you'll see
A different side of me
I'm not crazy, I'm just a little impaired
I know right now you don't care
But soon enough you're gonna think of me
And how I used to be me"

He was calling me.

Jessie Boy is calling.

The chorus of Unwell by Matchbox Twenty playing on my phone.

I know why he's calling me. He wanted to know if I am a real girl because of my last message to him.

I was just asking him if he is gay because of his closeness to that guy Abraham or Rham on how he called him and Graham in his in-game name.

Base on how he described his relationship with him it seems it was deep so I questioned him if he is gay.

I was expecting for his reactions and I know he will ask me the same question but to call me that was unexpected.

"Who is that calling you June?" My mom asks me while picking apples. "Answer it maybe it is important."

Motioning for my mother that I will answer the call I went to the aisle that there are fewer people and answers the call.

"Hello?" I ask.

"Oh, good thing you answered I was worried that you will not be going to answer the call." He said with a sigh of relief.

"Why are you calling anyway?" I ask.

Yeah, he will not know if I am a boy since one of my hidden talents is to modulate my voice into a girl. No one knows it even my family.

Having a female second voice is one of my most kept secret that I am ashamed to share.

A long time ago I learned to modulate my voice like a girl because I had a crush way back in grades school and it was a boy. Because of my desire to talk to him, I pretended to be a girl over the phone.

We became phone pals and he becomes my first boyfriend but when the time he wanted to see me in person I immediately stop talking to him and change my cell phone number. It will end badly I know. So I decided to stop talking to him. Good thing we are almost in our last semester of the school.

I don't see him anymore after that since we go to a different school now.

"Nothing I just wanna confirm on something. You have a beautiful voice anyway." He said.
