Onikas alarm blared throughout the house letting her know it was time to get ready and start another day at the office. On this Monday she dreaded having to go in for two reasons, Beyoncé would be there and she never got a chance to get her hair done.
Onika groaned hitting her alarm clock opening her eyes to see Alicia standing over her.
"Good morning baby." Alicia smile with breakfast in hand.
"Fuck out my face." Onika muttered getting out of bed causing Alicia to frown.
"What's up with you?" She asked following her wife into the bathroom.
"Nothing. Drop it." Onika said.
"Does this have anything to do with me getting in late?" She asked. Nicki pulled her toothbrush out and looked at Alicia without a word as she skillfully grabbed the toothpaste from behind everything that sat on her side of the counter and put some on her toothbrush all while staring Alicia down with the "leave me the fuck alone" look on her face.
"Nicki don't get fucked up this early in the damn morning I asked you a question and you will answer it, wait, this has something to do with Beyoncé's ass doesn't it?" She questioned folding her arms. Nicki looked at herself in the mirror and began brushing her teeth.
"Mhm, so what the hell happened? It better not had been about no emotional shit either, so she must have said something to piss you off." Alicia said. Nicki ignores her wife rinsing out her mouth and dried her face off with a near by towel.
She brushed passed Alicia only to get pulled back and pressed up again the wall by the bathroom. Alicia studied onikas eyes and body language and gave off a serious face letting Onika go.
"You like her don't you?" She asked. Onika smacked her lips pushing Alicia off of her heading for the closet with Alicia not too far behind.
"Can you leave me the fuck alone?" Nicki asked annoyed.
"Tell me what the fuck happened last night with that bitch-
Nicki quickly slapped Alicia causing her to shut up. It wasn't purposeful but as we all know Onika has no control over her hands when she gets too caught up in her feelings.
Alicia only nodded walking off.
"You're walking to work."Alicia said snatching up the car keys leaving out slamming the door. Onika slid down the wall of the closet.

She debated on going into work today. She didn't have a ride and she didn't want to see three people who were bound to make her cry or upset. She sat there for a few minutes until her phone went off.
She got up and grabbed her phone seeing a text message from beyonce.
Bey: You better be on time, this is business, forget about all that other bs, get here now or you're fired. Simple and plain.
Nicki sighed sitting on the bed not even bothering to reply. She knew now for fact she wasn't going in. She knew Beyonce wouldn't fire her.
She laid back in bed turning the tv on.

Beyoncé's POV 3:24pm
Hours had went by before I noticed Onika never showed up. We had an important business meeting and she completely missed it. I pulled my phone out calling her for the tenth time today. I excused myself into my office when she picked up.
"What? Stop calling my damn phone!" She semi yelled.
"First of all don't raise your damn voice at me. Secondly you missed an important meeting today. I know you got my text message meaning you know what I said would happen." I said.
"Well do what you gotta do beyonce and leave me the fuck alone." Nicki said.
"You have a whole ass attitude for nothing-
"I'm sorry where you expecting half of my attitude this time around? It don't work like that beyonce. If you gonna fire me fire me, bye." She hung up and I sighed in frustration.
I sat my phone down on my desk. Hell no fuck this. She is not about to sit up here and disrespect me in any kind of way.
I grabbed my car keys and phone and was on my way to her house. ___________________________
Mini update. I'm trying to update at last one book everyday. I think Ive been doing good so far.
