Chapter 2

I've been talking to Savannah for a couple days now, and she seems like a pretty cool girl .

I've gotten over the fact that she doesn't know who Falling In Reverse is. I figured it wasn't worth ruining our friendship that we've built over something as stupid as that.

She's told me her story of how she was adopted and her adoptive family has been abusing her, her whole life.

And the abusing hasn't stopped. She messages me every time her drunk of a father hits her, or her mother yells at her for no apparent reason.

I felt so bad for her, I wanted to help her.

That's when I got an idea.

"Hi" she says.

"Hey, how are you doing, angel?" I said back. I figured she wasn't doing too good...

"Not good.. My father's been hitting me all day. He's drunk, which makes it worse. He's more abusive when he's drunk than he is when he's sober..." She answered.

That was it. That was the final straw. I had to get her out of that house.

"Savannah.." I began.

"Yes..?" She answered.

"Let me help you. Let me get you out of there. I can't stand the thought of you being beaten in that fucking house anymore."

I waited for a response. I waited for what felt like hours. Finally I got a message back.

"Please.." Was all she wrote...
