Ch4- Mate?!

Me and Lucinda were in my living room, we had just got back from the cafe. "Stay here while I go to my room and get my phone." She nodded at me and I went up the stairs in my dog form. "So much work!" I heard Lucinda laugh at me from the living room. "Not funny, this is hard work you know." She just started laughing even harder. I hugged my way up the last stair and did a victory Howl. "Take that stairs! I'm the best!" I did I small victory dance. After my dance I crawled to my room and sat down sniffing out my phone. I shifted back and saw I was still in my clothes, Great that hasn't changed, you can never know with a new shift. I grabbed my phone and dialed my dads number. "Dad I, I changed breed of dog." I heard him breath in deeply then I heard a chuckle. "Your joking right." I shook my head. "No I'm not, I went from being a corgi to being a German Shepherd. It felt like my first shift." I heard him sigh through the phone. "Can you still turn into a corgi?" I didn't know. "Hold on let me try." I thought of my corgi ears and tail, I felt my head and lower back get a bit lighter. "Yes I can." He sighed again through the phone. "I have a question, does anyone around you smell like Vanilla or Strawberries?" I was confused but answered him. "Yeah why, it's my good friend Lucinda she knows about me, I'm actually trying to come out of hiding." I heard him gasp. "That's great hunny you don't need to hide. But the Vanilla thing, you just met your mate." I was confused. "Mate?" I heard him sigh. "Your mate. Your soul mate, werewolves rarely meet theirs. You have found her and she seems to except you since she knows and is a good friend. If you see her being flirted with you could get very protective of her. Try to control your urges." I nodded at my dads words. "Ok Dad I will, but uh what if she's the flirty one." I heard him sigh. "Your gonna get jealous and angry pretty quick." I nodded with a sigh. "Ok love you dad." He said a quick love you back before he hung up. I walked back down stairs with a smile on my face. "Hey Lucinda." She looked up at me. "So what did he say?" I sat down on the couch a smile on my face, I don't know why I'm so happy. "He said it's normal, I can still be a corgi to." She smiled at me and my heart melted. God damn I've already fallen for her cuteness, fuck I'm gonna get screwed over here. "So what now I wanna get out." She looked at me shocked. "You sure? I thought you wanted to hide." I looked at her with a stern look. "I'm done hiding I've hid all my life, this is the perk of my life and I'm gonna live right here on it." She looked at me with a happy look. "That's great let's go hang out with the group." I nodded at her and with in a few seconds we were in Aphmau's house. "Woah, dizzy." I stumbled a bit. "Warn a dog would ya." I felt so dizzy oh lord, then when I regained balance it felt like a truck hit me. "Oh god" I felt my back hit something hard. "Y/n!" I looked up to see Katelyn above me. "That's it." I threw her off me. "God danmit, IM NOT A GOD DAMN WEREWOLF AND EVEN IF I WAS YOU NEED TO PUT THE PAST BEHIND YOU! NOT BULLY ME FOR EIN'S MISTAKES! FUCK YOU YOUR NOT A REAL FRIEND IF YOU CANT EXCEPT ME!" I was more then angry and my ears went from corgi to German Shepherd. I didn't hit her but I bit down on my hand as I new if I didn't calm down now someone could get hurt. I kept biting down and I could tell I drew blood. I heard several footsteps and Katelyn had gotten off the ground. A lot of people came rushing down and my anxiety was taking a hold on me. I was hyper ventilating while biting my hand, someone pushed through the crowd. I felt someone grab me and pull me out of the house. My vision was no longer blurry and I could tell Aaron had saved me. Once we stopped I turned to face him while he caught his breath. "Thanks Aaron." He turned to face me with a kinda angry face. "Where were you all these years?" I looked at him confused. "What do you mean?" He grabbed my hand and put it next to my hand, next to my hand on his was a birthmark exactly like mine. "Big Brother?" I pulled him into a hug almost in tears. "Mom, she said you ran away. I never believed her." I was infuriated. "She what! After she abandoned me as a child calling me a mistake of a child I dragged myself to a adoption center! Are you kidding me?!" I felt his grip on me get tighter and I could tell he was angry. "Let go before you squeeze me to death." He let go and I saw his eyes were red through his bandana, it was noticeable to, they were glowing bright red. "Hey calm down some, I'm angry to but we can yell at them together later." He nodded and we sat there in the shade. After a while we heard leaves crunch, I turned my head to see Kawaii~Chan and Aphmau. "I found Aaron~Kun and Y/n~Sama!" I sighed and buried my head in my legs, they were all gonna hate me now. "Just listen to them Y/n, I'm sure they'll understand." I nodded at Arron and we fist bumped. "Thanks bro." He nodded at me, I sighed bowing that I would be questioned. Soon we were surrounded by our friends and a guilty looking Katelyn. "What was that about?" I sighed with my face still in my knees. "Katelyn and her thinking I'm a werewolf." Slot of people looked at Katelyn with curios gazes. "What do you mean?" I sighed uncurling my self and sitting crisscross on the dirt. "Earlier today I finnaly came out of my house and me and Lucinda hung out. When we got to the cafe were Katelyn works apparently and she saw me, she glared at me since I look like a werewolf I think, then another waitress attempted on purpose to dump hot coffee on me, I dodged in time and we left, then when me and Lucinda came to talk to you guys Katelyn was home and she tackled me and what your heard and saw happened." A lot of faces turned to Katelyn shocked as she stepped forward. "Y/n I'm so sorry about what happened, the waitress wasn't me though, that girl had a crush on me and she saw me glaring so she assumed that I didn't like you and tried to dump hot coffee on you. I'm really sorry for judging you, it's just hard with KC and all." I nodded at her kinda glad she doesn't hate my guts. "Sorry about the finger, apology excepted. I understand Katelyn." The group turned to face me shocked once more realizing something, there gaze was on my ears, they had turned corgi again a while ago. "So if your not a werwolf then what exactly are you?" I looked at a few leaves falling from the trees. "I'm part corgi." "What?!" I sighed knowing this was gonna be a long explanation.
