We stopped in front of a trash bin. He got the bouquet from my arms and threw it there. I tried to argue and utter a sound but he didn't give me a chance. He held my hand again and continued walking.
Yoongi got his phone to call someone, "Namjoon, I have to settle an important matter. Don't wait for me. I will just see all of you at the hotel.", he said and put the phone back in his pocket.
He brought me to a cafe. He chose a table beside a window and assisted me to sit. I was like a puppy following every command my master gave. He then took a seat in front of me, ordered two Americano and a slice of cake.
I was so mesmerized at his face that I realized I wasn't blinking. Girl, snapped out of it! I reminded myself that I was no longer the 21-year-old fan girl anymore.
"Excuse me Mr. Min but I think you have the wrong girl." I explained.
"So, you still remember me, Eun Ae". He said while staring at me.
"How did you know my name? And could you please correct what you told my friend regarding our relationship. For sure, there has been a misunderstanding." I argued.
"There's no misunderstanding, sweetie, because if I remember correctly you asked me to be you husband. You even sent your papers in our company." He was enjoying every moment of my embarrassment.
"But it was just a joke and I know that you won't bother yourself with those ". I was so flustered by this dilemma but Yoongi was amused by my reaction.
"Well, that's where you're wrong, sweetie. I got curious so I looked for you and had you followed."
"What?" was the only word that I said. I was creeped out, thinking that someone was watching me these past three years. We were interrupted by the waitress who brought the coffee. But when she left I continued to ask, fuming with anger, "But how? You entered in the military and ......".
"Let's just say you got me interested and I processed the whole marriage thing before I joined the military. Now that it's all settled I will take you back home in Seoul, Mrs. Min." He said while sipping his coffee.
"I'm sorry but I will not go with you, Mister. First of all, I was not the same girl before and secondly, we don't even know each other. So, go find yourself another wife!".
After saying that, I stood up and stormed out of the cafe. I called a cab and gave directions to my place. I was so mad, I didn't bother looking back on what Yoongi's reaction was. I didn't saw the devilish smile that appeared on his face.
I still can't get over what happened when I arrived at the apartment. Me? Wife of Yoongi? No, this is not true. Convincing myself that someone had pranked me.
I called Sun Hee and told her about the incident. She was also shocked. "I never thought that he will take it seriously. Maybe he really do like you, Eun Ae."
"How? I mean ...... oh, I don't know. I'm really confused. Please don't tell my parents about it. You know dad has a weak heart, right?"
"Yes, I know and that's a promise. So you better rest now and who knows maybe tomorrow will be a better day".
"Yeah, you're right. Thank you sis for always being there for me. Take care." With that, I put down the phone. Trying to forget the handsome man that made my heart flutter. I did my very best to fall asleep.
