POV Taylor

I was dressed in a t-shirt and skinny jeans. Normally I would have worn a Camp Half-Blood t-shirt, but now I know that there is more then just one type of half-blood and that would racist to the wizard world. I miss Leo he would be joking around right now about how weird this place is. Gods that dream felt so real last night. I shivered.

"Ok, what's first Hecate? Are we going to get my wand?"

"No, first we need money, then we need your robes, then we need to go get your books, and last but not least....your wand."

I sighed, "Where are we going to get all this stuff any way?"

"We are going to a place where wizards go shopping for Hogwarts and other things."

"And it's called...?"

"Oh my dear, I'll tell you when I get there."

I groaned, "Why can't you tell me now?"

"My dear," she started, I raised an eyebrow, "I invented the mist, there for I'm supposed to be mysterious."

I rolled my eyes.

We walked away from our table where i was eating breakfast, but instead of going to the front door Hecate went to the utility closet. I frowned, and followed her on confusion and curiosity.

"I thought you said we were going shopping. What does a utility closet have to do with shopping?" I asked.

"Well, we are in a place of magic." Hecate grinned, " Which means, literally, anything can happen."

She took out a want and tapped a patten on one of the walls. The bricks separated into two different sides forming an arch way.

Hecate held out her arm, telling me to go threw first. And that's what I did, "Woah."

There were people moving about, going in and out of shops, talking, trading, admiring broom sticks, and doing magic (I'm not really surprised... I am in the wizarding world).

"Welcome to Diagon Ally!" said Hecate.

After our trip to Greengots (which I have to say was pretty creepy considering that the goblins were looking at me weird) we went a got my books and potion equipment, plus everything other then robes and a wand. I would have gotten an owl but remember I am I daughter of Poseidon and owls hate me.

"All we have left is robes and a wand." I said to Hecate.

"Ok let's get the robes first, then we'll get the wand." Hecate said. I groaned all I want is to get the wand, "Hey, don't blame me for saving the best for last."

"I guess your right." I said reluctantly.

We went to the robe shop I was standing on a pedestal getting sized for my robes when a boy walked in. he had white blonde hair and sharp gray blue eyes.He looked about my age and I'm guessing he going to Hogwarts, too.

"So," he said to me, " I'm guessing your going to your first year at Hogwarts this year."

"Yep."

"Well so am I." He walked right up to me and stuck out he hand, "I'm Draco Malfoy, and you are?"

I shook his hand, "Taylor."

He frowned, "Just Taylor?"

"Yeah I never knew my mom or dad." I said, which is partly true.

"Oh, I'm sorry."

"There's no need to be."

"You have an American accent. Are you American."

"Nah," I said,"I was born in London, but I moved to America when I little."

"Is it pretty there? I've never been."

"Yeah, I live by the ocean in New York."

Our conversation continued like that until we were done getting our robes. We talked about Quiditch, Hogwarts, an things like that.

Just as we were leaving Draco turned to me and said, "I never met a girl like you Taylor."

"Hmmm, should I take that as a compliment?"

"Your nice and your not girly. you like all the things that the guys like. So take it how ever you like."

"Compliment it is then." I said.

"I'll see you at Hogwarts then, Just Taylor."

"See ya, Draco Malfoy." I smiled at him, he smiled back then we went separate ways.

"Who's that?" asked Hecate when I got to her.

"A new friend I guess." I answered. Hecate looked at at me weird, but it only lasted a second. I shrugged it off, "Let's go get a wand!"

As we started to walk to the wand shop, I looked behind me and saw Draco walking away with his dad. I smiled at the feeling of knowing that I already made one friend and if I didn't make anymore this year, I guess Draco Malfoy is enough.
