CHAPTER EIGHTEEN

"Was that your tactic? Iliko ang issue?"

She was waiting for his answer for that, while she was eating her santol with bagoong, nakakadalawa na siya, pero hindi parin sumasapat sa kanya. She like it, medyo maasim na mapakla.

"It's just happened, I didn't expect that it will trend in tv news and social media."

"It was trending for about a weeks or so." Kielton informed. "The brutes were worried, you didn't answer our text messages and phone calls."

"I was busy that time, but I've read all the text messages."

"We know that.

Brooke laugh shortly at that, then he glance at her.

She gave him a small smile then avoided his gaze.

"My tax is more than the gross of that gasoline station. It was the employee's issue after all."

"Yeah, I heard the news. Your employee was depressed and killed herself by burning the office with her inside. It was a very dangerous move. People should kill the depression inside, not their lives."

That's the result of the investigation. The eighteen year old girl was a breadwinner of her family, her unwanted pregnancy and her irresponsible boyfriend brought her the idea of killing herself...and the baby.

She believe that whenever you have a problem, you should share it. Huwag mong kimkimin, ilabas mo at isigaw mo. Because everyone was suffering on their own problem, pagalingan lang sa pag-handle.

Whoever is suffering to depression, it would be a help if you let go of your problem by telling it.

"Easy to say, yeah." Brooke muttered. "Depression is one of the silent killer nowadays. We should be more careful in dealing with people, because we never know what's going on inside. They may be smiling outside, but slowly dying inside."

"Depression is a bitch." She hissed, making the men looked at her. "And girls should always remember that there are men who was born for being an asshole, who doesn't have a balls to take and stand with their responsibilities!"
