Chapter 4

Trevon came in my room and hit my leg. I just looked at him. "I could have just turned over and punched you in the face."

"And you was gone get these hands too. But anyway I wanted to be the first to tell you happy birthday KnotHead. I sorta made you some food too, but you better come get it before I eat it all."

"Thank you BestFriend. Wait, you actually tried to COOK something? I gotta go see this." I said laughing. I grabbed my phone and went downstairs. I went in the kitchen and looked on the table. He had cooked some eggs and burned them a little and he had some Eggo pancakes on the side. He went and got some Mountain Dew out of the refrigerator and poured it into some glasses.

"Okay, the eggs may be a lil burnt, but I still tried. And I got Mountain Dew instead of orange juice because it's your favorite drink."

"Thank ya Chico." Is all I said but I got up and gave him a hug. Just when I sat back down, my phone rang. I answered it without looking at who it was. "Hello?"

"Happy birthday lil mama. I just called to say that cuz I gotta go now but imma see you later." Is all the voice said, then he hung up. I stared at Trevon trying to fight back the tears of excitement in my eyes. All he did was look at me with a big smile on his face and he kept eating. When I heard the first word come out that person's mouth, I knew the voice right off. It was a voice I knew all too well. It was Quavo's voice and I could not believe it!! I started smiling so hard it hurt. "So THAT was who I was texting last night?!? How did you even FIND him and get his number?!? I love you so much right now BestFriend, you just do not know!!! You are the best BestFriend I could ask for and then some!!!"

"I saw him, OffSet, and TakeOff walk by yesterday when we were at work. That's why I was lookin outside like I was. When I left I went to go talk to them. I didn't really know if they was gone say anything foreal, but OffSet said he liked how I had on some Migos swag. I showed them that picture we took when we had got in the house. Quavo said he liked what you had on too and he asked me your name. I told him, and I was about to ask him to come to the store, but I thought about your birthday. I gave him yo number and told him to call or text you. He gave me his number so I would know it was him when he texted you. He said he would text you by eleven but since it's your birthday, he said he wanted to meet you. We goin to meet him at Lenox whenever he texts you." He was smiling the whole time he was talking.

"I can't ever thank you enough. I owe you one now. You know yo birthday in eleven days. Anything you want I gotchu BestFriend." I said forgetting about my food in front of me.

"You ain gotta do nothin for me. This was just me paying you back for everything you did for me."

We finished eating our breakfast then went upstairs to get dressed. We both took quick showers and brushed our teeth. I brushed my hair and loosely curled it with the flat iron. I went to my unpacked bag that had my clothes in it. Trevon came in my room and asked me what we should wear. I told him I was wearing Versace and he nodded his head and left. I got my Versace oversize jersey printed t-shirt, some Versace pants, and my Versace idol leather pumps. I put on a baroque line medusa ring, a medusa bracelet and a medusa necklace to match it, some medusa studs, and a Rolex. I went in Trevon's room as he was putting his chains on. He was dressed in all Versace too. We took a picture on his phone and just chilled and waited for Quavo to text me.

About an hour later, my phone vibrated. I'm ready if you ready ma. Meet me at True Religion. I told Trevon that I got the text and he got my extra car key and the house key and we took off.
