"Watch this."

Carefully Genevieve lit her hand with magic as she whispered a spell. She then lightly touched a boy's arm as we strolled past a group of people. The boy stopped in his tracks and then dropped his girlfriend's arm then turned around.

"Genevieve, will you go on a date with me?" he asked her.

"Hm. No," she called over her shoulder.

"But-."

"If she says no she means no," Tony turned around and snarled then caught up to the rest of us.

I nodded. "Nice."

Sinbad had been able to keep us in Auradon for at least forty days. After that, they would decide according to our behavior during that time if we'll be able to remain forever. Of course, by then we hoped we would have possession of the wand as well as Auradon. These guys were really hospitable.

"Could make the entire school go berserk with that magic," Harry commented in his usual cocky Scottish accent.

"Ziniba!" Sinbad appeared out of nowhere as was a habit of his. "You'll be number twenty-three on the program."

"What program?"

"Y'know. You're singing for Mal's birthday."

"Oh, about that-," I then stopped and a plan occurred to me. "Yeah, yeah, I know. Actually, is okay if some of my friends sing with me?"

"Yeah, I can make that happen," he scribbled a few notes down on his clipboard then disappeared as was also a habit of his when he was finished with conversation.

Yep, I had learned a lot of his habits because usually people who've souls are bound in undying love tends to do that. But no matter how much I spent with him I never kissed him once. It was tough but I convinced myself it was worth it.

I suddenly realized that we had stopped walking. I looked around at everyone's faces. They were giving me strange looks.

"What?"

"You excepted the invitation to sing at Mal's birthday party," Ned said.

"So?" I teased.

"Mal's birthday party," Harry repeated with an eyebrow raised.

I glanced around.

"There are too many people here. Split up. Meet at Ned and Tony's apartment in twenty minutes."

They nodded then did as I asked. I enjoyed their loyalty very much because when you have an army that obeys you unconditionally you can conquer very easily.

Twenty minutes later we gathered in Tony and Ned's apartment.

"Okay," Gil said, "Will you now tell us what has made you insane enough to accept an invitation to sing at Mal's birthday."

In case you haven't noticed I hate Mal so much that all my friends know about it. I had a good reason for it too. Not only did she tease me unmercifully but I had another reason that only Ned knew about.

"First, Genevieve, do you know how to perform a siren call spell?" I asked.

Genevieve studied my face trying to figure out what my plan was but finally, she admitted: "Yes, I do".

"Well, then," I said with an evil grin, "Let's just say Auradon will feel a call that they won't be able to resist."

Sinbad dashed around helping get things ready for Mal's party. He had been ordered to make it as perfect as he could by Ben.

The party was going to be located in a large clearing in the woods. It was going to magical. And what Sinbad didn't know is how magical it was going to be.
