To start off, my name is Cat. I know that life can be difficult sometimes and that is why I am writing this, I am here to give you support and give tips and advice to live the best life you can lead. This story will mainly be about mental health and advice on how to deal with it. I will be explaining my personal struggles with mental health and giving tips throughout.
