After school, me amd my three friends. Rea, Daniela and Oruba. We walked towards my house. "Did you see that Luis got sent to Mr.K again" Rea said while fiddling with her phone. "Yeah, that was like the 4th time today" Oruba butted in. "I bet it was so embarrassing for him" Daniela said while laughing alittle.

"What's up with you? You haven't talked at all today, and thats not like you at all" Rea said with a concerned voice. She's that type of friend that always gives you helpful advise, a friend that is always there, funny and kind hearted. Then Oruba had to ruin the moment. "Aye Rea, did you forget, Phoenix is emo, so, of course she will look sad and dark" "True" Daniela said as well.

While we passed by the forest, Daniela suddenly stops. After we notice, we stop too. "What's wrong? Why'd we stop?" I ask while walking to her. Daniela is the friend that will always pull pranks on you, kinda rude but in a playful way, understands feelings very well, always the dare devil of the group.

Daniela suddenly does a mysterious smirk. I think to myself, oh no, this can't be good. Whenever she smirks, it means a dare, and her dares are never good. "Hey Phoenix, are you brave?" She asks me. I gulp alittle and nod. "More braver than you, why do you ask?" Her smirk began much bigger. "Nothing, just wanted to see if you arenup for a dare". I look over to Rea and Oruba and they are just watching us. I sigh and respond" fine, what's your little dare this time?"

Her smirk now turns into an evil smirk. "I dare you to go in the forest, explore it and don't come back for 2 days". I gasp at her dare. I didn't want to look like i was scared in front of my other friends so. I accepted her dare. "See you on Friday Phoenix, make sure to keep your tail and ears hidden". I said bye to my friends and went into the forest.

If your wondering of what Daniela said about keeping my ears and tail hidden. I am a Neko. Meaning i am half human and half cat, i can shapeshift and use animal senses. My friends are the only ones who know about my power. I walk deep into the forest. Whenever i try to shapeshift, it always hurts and i end up loosing control. I follow a path that was very clear leading through the forest. While I'm walking, i hear a twig snap. I turn around quickly and see nobody. I turn back around.
