Almost Near

Levi POV

We already sat down on a vacant room.
Chandelier circling in the ceiling with sprinkles of light jugging through the room and the table casted with formal napkins, spoon, and fork.
If your asking how the room look luxurious than the outside which is made up of still wood and rotten beer could be smelled even from ten inches away.
Excuse me, this is the VIP room.
I paid this for over six thousand yen.

Both of us face with each other with faces so scattered up.
The table separated us for a yard.

My eyes stared at Hanji who was staring at me like she was expecting me to dance.

We already ordered food.
And I could tell that I have to pay for over hundreds...
Which I'm happy to because I don't have to pay much.

I would prefer Udon as my dinner but she was like lets-order-that-and-this.
Which lead me to be kind of hopeless, I have to eat Sashimi and I don't eat uncooked fish.
Yeah.
But I know there is yet to come...ah- steak.
I hope so...
For the past days I began to love meat more and more because I was used to be a vegetarian.
So.
I'm kinda like exited.
If that's so.

"Levi."
Hanji called again.

"What is it? Again..."
I answered bored and I already expected it to be more boring when I have to put on the same topic again.

She skittered off her chair and galloped her way to mine.
Until she leaned her head on my ears,
"What are you doing?"
She whispered to me which bleached my ears with her breath.

I replied as casually as I was,
"Staring infront."

She mouthed a word I could hear even if was in a low voice,
"Hmmm... sarcastic."

I made a wink though I don't even look like courting.
"What do you mean? Sarcastic.
Am I criticizing you?"

She took herself backward.
Sometimes fooling a girl is too fun.
"No... I'm just muttering... ah- word..."

I grabbed her collar pulling her close to me,
"You know I can't sleep because of you."
I said in a slight sexy monotone voice.

Hanji gasped like she was woken up in the reality,
"Levi..."

I made my eyes in contact to hers pulling her arms sharply,
"I'm too tired of waiting."

Her breath shook under the ashes of my face.
I moved my head sideways slumping it in her beating heart,
"I could hear it...
I can't believe you're with me again."

Hanji's heart beated normal echoing on my ear canal.
Inside I was crying, I never get to feel this warmth inside ever since I felt alone.

For already countless times, I thought the person in my dreams stayed only in the brightness of the wide variation of stars.
Counting it endlessly.
But it turned out I found her.

Hanji switched her position sitting herself at the table.
Don't worry, she's light.

My hands sticked on her shoulders still hearing the beating.

She is talking in a mild voice like suddenly she was on her dream again,
"Any day, any minute, any year, it will stop.
Can you check it for me?
Anyday..."

I feel like I have too much responsibility even with checking someones heart,
"Every minute..."

I moved my way out of her chest and slugged myself on her arms.

She asked melancholy,
"What is it again?"

"Time is fast approaching... let me hug you more."

We cuddled under the feelings gaping around.
Under the blossom of the flowers growing under the darkest skies.

She kept her eyes closed snuggling,
"It felt to be good with you...
Knowing I might have depressed under the pressure without you."

I said in return,
"You don't need to feel that way because here I am- always been here with you-"
I nuzzled myself to her.
"Though we were in the boundary trapping ourselves, nobody can't stop us right now.
Because you're with me and I'm with you."

She nodded,
"Everyday...
And everytime I collapsed, you always saved my day though I have to push this pain I have yesterday."

Sometimes talking turned out like a poetry when it comes to deeper feelings.
It does move out of your mouth when you want to say something, you cannot tell to majority.

"Levi... if somewhat... I'll die, will you catch me."

She said stopping.
Even saying a word like die won't give her luck to.

I weighed my eyes on her teary face,
"Of course, I will."
"I've been searching for you... for over years."

She napped silently,
"Me as well."
"I've been dreading for this time."

I looked at her like I was in a love at first sight,
"Don't die on me..."

She fiddled on my cheeks with my arms still wrapping around her.

We went closer brushing the winds.
The time seems to slow down under the boundless sentiments of our heart.

Our eyes still closed with emotions flowing like the river.
The more closer our lips apart, the more beating of Hanji's heart I felt.

We made our way inches apart.
Throbbing with mixed chords sounding a melody.
One move and our lips will smack.

Our nose already brushed together.
The cell attached together.

A clacking sounds overwhelmed the room.

A door opened and it hesitated us from doing what we've been waiting for.
