It slithers across my neck
I feel a cold embrace
Circling around
Like jewelry
I know what it is
Because I created it
This masterpiece
Feels heavy
As it sits on my throat
It makes me want to scream
But I don't
I wanted this
I made it
I must reap what I sowed
I wonder if yours is like mine
We can match
When were alone
I hope the thoughts that fill my head
Fills yours with a buzzing
Memories that flash in my mind
Flash in yours like lightning
And I hope that when were done sowing
You'll want to come back
And plant more weeds in this garden
That you helped grow.
