The last photo on the book had Zander and his father gathered around his mother's casket. Alison stared at it in shock her eyes watering with empathy "I'm sorry" she said in a soft voice "its okay" Zander says closing his eyes to hide away the tears as he closes the book. He walks over to the bookshelf and puts the gold book in it. He walks out of the room. Alison's gaze went from the bookshelf to Zander as he walked out the door "wait, Zander" she says "I'm sorry I went through your book it was an invasion of your privacy" she said looking down in shame "its fine just listen next time" he says not even daring to look at her as he walks to his small room that he usually kept locked. Alison felt bad but couldn't do anything to help. She could obviously tell Zander wanted to be left alone. She went to go on a walk since there wasn't much to do at the cottage. She thought she might as well visit the pixies again seeing how friendly they were last time. She walked through the woods occasionally tripping over fallen tree branches, and rocks. She took a step that lasted longer than usual as if the ground wasn't there. Once she felt that she quickly put her foot back and gasped at the giant sinkhole that was in the ground "holy shit" she mumbled underneath her breath. She found her way around it and continued onto the path of the pixies. She arrived at the tree where the pixie village was hidden in and knocked on the tree. She saw the tree have a small door open "yeah I'm not gonna fit through that" she mumbled to herself "NIA!? LILLY!? DOTTIE!?" She yelled hoping they'd hear her and open the door a bit more. Once she had done that she saw small pixies coming out of the door. The smallest one gasped "ALISON!" She yelled delightfully as she flew over and wrapped her arms around Alison's Cheek as a hug. The other joined in as Alison chuckled "hey guys" after the pixies asked Alison a bunch of questions they opened up the village. Once again Alison was astonished by the colorful lights and they fairies all working together. The sight of all the graceful colors blending in with each other and all the colorful fairies it was truly a sight she would never forget. Lilly went up to Alison "were so happy your back!" sHe gleefully shouted. Alison chuckled "I'm happy too" she smiled.
