"Ahh! AAHHH!" I kept yelling. "C'mon Silver man up! I'm almost done!" Blaze was yelling back. She was wrapping masking tape and pads on me. What really burned, was the rubbing alcohol! It burns like crazy! I was trying to hold my screams in badly. "Okay Silver I'm done!" She said with a grin.

"God finally!" I complained. "God Silver, you're such a baby!" She then laughed. "Well if I were putting alcohol and pads on you would you be screaming?!... Yes!" I said before she could answer. She just smiled and looked at me. "Silver... You are so naive." She said. She always calls me that!

"Why do you always call me that.." I sighed. She just continued to laugh at me. I was about to say something else, but a there was a big BOOOMMM! Then, the lights went out. "Perfect..." I said out loud. Blaze scared the heck out of me, because she grabbed me out of nowhere.

"It's okay Blaze... It's okay.." I tried to calm her down. I felt her claws digging into me hard. "Blaze! It's okay! I promise!" I said loudly as I sat up. When I did, my nose was touching her nose. Thank god for the power outage, now I don't have to hide my blush AGAIN.

Her eyes were as wide as mine. She got off me slowly. "Thanks Silver." She smiled. But she turned her head like earlier? Why does she keep doing that?! "Silver.. I'm getting tired. I gonna go to sleep." She said softly. She got off the bed, and stood up.

"Goodnight Silv." She said softly and beautifully. That tone of voice she used was always heart warming. She hugged me tightly afterwards. Then, she walked out and closed the door. Now, I can think about her without her seeing me blush. Thank you Jesus.

Man, I was more tired than I realized. I was almost out, but the thunder and lightning kept getting louder and louder! But still, it didn't bother me. When I think about Blaze, it'll always cheer me up. No matter what it is that's making me upset.

Man, Silver is just the biggest sweetheart! What he did for me, I can't thank him enough. That fall could has killed him, rolling down that hill. He's just.. Amazing. I've been friends with him since nearly the very beginning. He and I are always there for each other.

I may be a hard ass towards him, but it's showing I'm very good at hiding my emotions! I only do that, so I can hold in my real feelings. What I really think about him... I think I.. Like like him. But I can't tell him! If I do, then that may ruin our friendship!

Because I doubt he likes me the same way! He only held me tight so I wouldn't get hurt! Yeah, that's it! Every time I look into those ember eyes.. I can't look away. They're just like mine, but their his... If I could have heart eyes that's what I'd have right now.

I would be more focused on other things right now.. But this thunderstorm is scaring me... God I hate thunderstorms! And plus the power went out, yippee... I remember when we were little... When there were thunderstorms we'd always have sleepovers.

Wait a sec... Is that why he asked if he wanted to stay over?! Or is it because... No no that can't be it! Silver isn't a pervert! He would never take me into something that far! And on top of that, we aren't even a couple! I mean... I'm not complaining that he's staying the night but still!

BBBBBBOOOOOMMM!! A loud flash of thunder and lightning blared through the window. That's it, I can't do this alone! And... I'm about to do something very, stupid.

I kept going over and over in my head, me and Blaze..? How on earth will I even tell her. Am I even going to tell her? God I hate this! I would have continued the thoughts, but I heard my door creek open. I was rolled over to face the window, so I couldn't look to see if it were Blaze.

I already knew, it was probably her though. Because a big loud boom went off a minute ago. I steadied my breathing, hoping it didn't sound excited, even though I was. And I closed my eyes, faking asleep. I heard footsteps coming towards the bed.

I was about to turn around and face her, but something pressed against the bed. What is she doing? She was moving around a lot. Then, a felt the covers move a little bit. Is she... Sleeping in the same bed as me..? It's probably just like when we were kids.

At least, that's what I thought.

I felt a little bit of pain, because she was slowly unwrapping my waist. I just let her, to make her think I was still asleep. When we finished, she immediately rubbed her finger down it to see how it felt. I accidentally let out a small moan in pain. Damn it! She might be on to me now!

She took her finger off right away. She quit moving, so I knew she got comfortable. I was about to open my eyes, but I felt something hover above my head. I shut my eyes tightly incase it was her seeing if I were asleep. But, she whispered something in my ear.

"Goodnight Silv. You're amazing." I heard in her soft sweet tone. Did she just say I was... Amazing? What am I talking about! She just meant it because I saved her. I felt her roll back over, and quit moving. But right now, all I can think of are those exact words she said.

Thank God Silver didn't wake up!

Especially after what I whispered into his ear. That something I've wanted to tell him all my life. I wanted to tell him more, but what if he actually was awake? Then, that may have been the end of it.

I unwrapped the bandages on his waist to check his injury. It was still pretty tore up. I can't believe... He willingly went through all this pain to keep me from even getting scratched. He's just a total sweetheart.

I glided my finger on his side lightly. But, he must have felt it because he made a small noise. Crap! Was he awake..? Or did he just feel it? If he was awake... Then he heard all I told him. The was another part of me that wanted me to tell him... He's, special to me and I.. Like him.

The day I left him to defeat Iblis, was basically the only hint I gave him that I liked him. I dread thinking about that day. To save the Soleanna, I had to leave Silver... I was about to finish the day in my head, but I felt Silver roll over.

I turned back around to see what he was doing. He was still asleep, facing me. His sleeping face is just... Cute. He's so sound and comfortable. I was tempted to do something, knowing he was asleep. So, I just did it anyway. I slid over a little, and rested my head against his chest. Thank god he isn't awake.

"Silver... I have something to tell you." Blaze said to me. She had her hand in my hand, and were laying under a nice tree. We had a beautiful view of the green hill zone. It's was just so peaceful. "Yeah what is it?" I said with a smile. She was just... Staring at me wht her gorgeous smile.

"You're... Just the cutest thing.." She whispered into my ear. I was love struck. I pulled her closer and closer into me. Her forehead was on mine. "Silver..." She said softly. She said it again. "Silver..." It started getting louder.

"Silver!" She finally yelled. I realized my eyes were closed. I opened them up, and saw Blaze standing over the bed. "Huh.." I said in a tired voice. "Silver.. You're drooling again.." She said with an exhausted voice with a sigh. I looked at my pillow, and it had a wet spot on it.

Oh great... I was drooling while Blaze was sleeping in the same bed as me.. "You were drooling more than usual.." She said kind of angrily. Oh no.. She thought I was dreaming of perverted stuff. Crap..

She rolled her eyes, and turned around to walk out of the sun filled room. But I stopped her quickly. "Wait... Blaze what is that big wet spot in your hair.." I said. I already knew she was sleeping with me, but I wanted her to think I was suspicious.

She stared at me for a second. I made a face that looked suspicious. "It was... Uh.." She said trying to think of an excuse. "Well?" I said. Oh man I can't wait to hear what she says! "I spilled my water last night!" She said finally. Really Blaze? Worst excuse ever.

"On your hair.." I said. "Yes! It uh.. Fell off the table by the couch, on my head." She said. "Oh okay... Why is there another pillow on the bed." I said with a grin. Blaze you're so screwed!
