"You are such a sweetheart." Lani says, smiling at Ryan. "You are just wonderful. Amazing. Why do you have to leave in an hour? I want to keep you forever." Ryan smiles at her whining as she drops on his bed. He smiles down at her. She takes his hand and pulled it so he would sit. "What do you want to talk about now?" Ryan asks. "Maybe we could just lay here and listen to music. I don't know." Lani says, shrugging her shoulders. they lay next to each other listening to ryans ipod.
"Why can't I be a mermaid" Lani thinks out loud after a few minutes, drawing Ryan’s attention away from the song playing. "Brittney spears makes you think of mermaids?” Ryan raises an eye brow. “Because if you were a mermaid you wouldn't be as beautiful as you are now. Why did you cut your hair?" Lani feels emotions sweep over her and she sits up. "because i was sick of it. and Please don't call me beautiful. Don't lie to me."
"It will be amazing. You may not understand the music but when the beat hits you, it is amazing. “Prissy says. Dtrix laughs and smiles. "Okay but calm down." She nods, but she is still over excited. "I’ll teach you how to salsa. SALSAAA!" She says with so much joy in her eyes it makes Dom just as excited.
“So after everything. He always called me beautiful. He would smack me and say 'I’m sorry, but you got out of hand, beautiful.' Or when he would bad talk me and say 'I just want everybody to see you how I do. I want to make you beautiful' it really bothers me. Whenever someone calls me beautiful I assume they just want to use me." She sighs and looks down, her layered hair covering the fallen tear. Ryan lifts her face and looks in her eyes.
"There's only one kind of beauty. That's genuine, natural beauty. That's what you have and I will never want to hurt that or mess it up." He pushes her hair out of her face and grabs her hand. "Would you like to teach me how to dance?" she gets up and a new song starts playing. "Oh, the irony." She smiles up at him, humming to the song playing 'I won't say I'm in love' while she finds a new one.
"My music is bad. All I have is Andrew, Chester and Jr. And of course victor but he isn't in this category." Lani hands him her iPod. "Oh my god, call me maybe!" Ryan says in a horrible fan girl voice. Lani laughs and tippy toes trying to see what he's doing. He lifts the iPod and smiles. "no looking, Okay."
She takes her ipod to see a whole new world. She plays it and explains how to have his arms.they begin to move slowly and he leans to whisper in her ear "you are the only girl i ever called beautiful." They dance through half the song while lani has a wide grin on her face and they sit and talk until the song ends. 'La La La' by LMFAO comes on and Lani closes her eyes listening to the words. When she opens her eyes she turns to Ryan. "This sounds like us. This is so weird. except the whole man of steel thing." She laughs and he caresses her cheek. "There's nothing weird about fate. It was meant to be. And so was this." Ryan slowly leans in and she looks at his body language and lips before leaning in. She imagines what the expression of fireworks feel like and know that this is way bigger. She pulls away and looks at him.
"I'm sorry. That was inappropriate." Ryan whispers looking away. Lani leans forward and kisses him again softly. “I liked it. and you." She grabs his hand in both of hers. He is silent and she waits. She knows things are running through his mind the same as hers. After some time he squeezes her hands. "Maybe I should help you pack." Lani whispers, instantly becoming depressed remembering her has to leave.
They pack silently until lani speaks up. "I would understand if you forget about me. There's a bunch of beautiful people in California and I'm a nobody. I won't leak your number and-” Ryan puts his finger on her lips and smiles. "talking to fast. I'm not going to forget about someone so wonderful.” "Ryan, you have to. When are we going to do this again?" She looks down and he stands up. "Well, when you come to California for college. And I pick you up from school, and help you find an apartment. And years after when we are parents. And even after that when we are grandparents." He picks her up "we just met but you are the most amazing person I ever met. I want to be more than a one date thing. Hopefully we go as far as getting old and wrinkled together." He smiles at her laugh. “Yeah Chester told me about the whole California dreaming. Maybe me, as a you tuber can help you get into wherever you want. i have the power to make fangirls love me.”
She smiles at him and closes his bag. Dtrix and prissy have just came back and there's a half hour before they have to leave. They go to victor’s suite and all hangout. "Don't forget me Kev. I will kill you. I will rip your ear off with my toes." Lani says lifting her foot, Kev giving back a shocked face. "So you guys have to leave soon. Maybe we should go downstairs and... Yea" prissy says, leaving the room with an awkward silence. Even though it has been less than a day they have all got this unique bond with Lani and prissy, and they felt the same way. "Let me get a picture of you two." Ryan says smiling. Lani and prissy stand next to each other a smile. "Well girls, we were talking and I will like to welcome you to our New York branch of YTF. Now there is nine of us." ryan takes the picture and smiles widely. Lani smiles back and starts jumping around with excitement. "Well, the limo is downstairs." Chester says from the window. Lani immediately stops jumping around and her head hangs. "way to kill a moment chester." dom says as they all grab their bags.
okay this was one of my favorite parts to write =] why? because it was awesome. from here on i love the story .. yeah its ending soon. (insert frown) and then i will retire from writing. i actually wrote this part and all after on my phone in the middle of the night. its awesome. have a wonderful dayyy! <3
