She is just not fine! Doctor sighed and continued, she tried committing suicide twice in just a week, it looks like she have lost all the hope to survive, it's only you Manik who can bring back some motivation to live, go and try! Doctor finished with a sigh

Can we meet her? Cabir inquired

Yaa sure but just one person at a time as we don't know how is she gonna react, doctor lead me the way as everyone stared at me with hope that I should met her first...

MANIK; she screamed with so much excitement and love which was always missing from my life, she never cared for me in her right state of mind and now she behaves like I am her everything

She hugged me tight and after a minute or two I felt my shirt getting moist. I was numb to react to her affection but I suddenly recalled how I could not be there when Nandu needed me and it's been seven years I have been waiting to take her in arms but I can't and I understood that "one should always value the things one have at the moment because no one knows what next moment takes away from you" so I hugged her close to me and patted her head for a while.

When she finally was able to control her tears she spoke something which was not expected by me, at least not from her

Where is Nandu?

Maa actually Manik is having fast, Navya said and winked at me teasingly

I don't remember you doing any fast for that matter, how can my foodie son leave his food, Maa shaked her head playfully and asked

Aww my baby!!! Maa made a cute face and continued, so if you both are fasting then you should have brought her too.

When I last met her I saw pure and the most genuine love for you in her eyes that I can bet on my life and say that she can never stop loving you, Maa spoke what she felt right which was right to a certain extent as today I don't even have a small clue of her being where?
But after all it's a mother's heart which can never go wrong for her child so I know and hope she is right....

Suddenly a nurse came inside for regular check-up and we were asked to leave the room, first Maa didn't want me to go, not even for a second but then I promised her to be back the moment the check-up is done, so after crying a ton more she let go off my hands......
