RWBY: Dark Souls - Immortal Lovers [OLD]

Chapter 5: Injured

As Ruby flies through the air, she crashes into a bird as it bursts into a bunch of feathers, "Birdie, no!"

Ruby then fires a few rounds from Crescent Rose to slow her down, then turns it into it's scythe form to catch the branch of a tree in her blade and falls downwards a slower pace.

Weiss, armed with her weapon, summons a white snowflake circle underneath her and leaps off of it to the forest below.

Ren descends and spins in the air, eventually using his weapons blades to spiral around the trunk of a large tree and hitting the ground, brushing off his clothes before looking up to see...

"Woo-hooo! Yeah! Ally-oop!"

Yang who's currently soaring through the treetops, is using her gauntlets and it's fiery force to push her through the air further and further north, spinning and laughing with each blast, even when she's crashing into the leaves of a tree and then leaps off of two trunks to tumblr in the ground.

"Nailed it!"

Pyrrha who uses her weapon (in sword form and her shield), crashes through several trees and rolls on a branch, immediately shifting her blade into a rifle and looking through her scope at Jaune who's currently falling and screaming. Pyrrha then cooly transforms her weapon again to it's spear form, taking a moment to evaluate her throw before rocketing the javelin deep into the forest before you hear a "THUNK".

"Thank you!" Pyrrha hears in a distance.

"I'm sorry!" She waves.

Freyja who's currently falling down in the air has her eyes closed. She breathes in before opening them. She then smirks.

Freyja unsheathes her long sword before slamming into several trees. The trees break into tiny pieces as she slams into them.

"Heh." She grins underneath her hood before running towards the middle.

In the middle of the forest, Ruby is currently darting off with a single thought in her head. "Gotta find Yang! Gotta find Yang, gotta find Yang, gotta find..." Then she shouts, yelling for her sister. "Yang! Yaaaang!" She internally imagines herself partnered with several different people. "Oh this is bad, this is really bad. What if I can't find her? What if someone finds her first? Well, there's always Jaune. He's nice. He's funny! ....I don't think he's very good in a fight, though. Ooh! What about Blake?! So mysterious, so calm...plus she likes books! Then again, I'm not sure if I'd be able to hold a conversation with her...then there's Freyja. She's so mysterious, like Blake, but cool. Ugh!" She then shakes her head as she continues to run. "Okay, who else do I know in this school? There's Yang, Jaune Blake aaaand..."

She then comes to a halt as she skids in front of Weiss, turning to face her. And Weiss scoffs before walking in the other direction.

"Wait! Where are you going?!" Ruby starts to follow Weiss before kicking the ground, dejectedly. "We're supposed to be teammates..."

Weiss who's currently struggling through the forest, giving an occasional grunt ot "OW!" as she pushes plants out her way. She brushes herself off and sighs in relief when she hears a voice above her.

Jaune who's currently struggling to free himself, "Come on, come on! Stupid...!"

He then glances downwards to see a Weiss, waving at her embarrassingly and Weiss just walks back to the direction she came from and Jaune groans in defeat.

As she passes by Ruby, she pulls on hood, "By no means does this make us friends."

Ruby who's overjoyed that Weiss had come back, says, "You came back!"
