"Good morning Saha!" Sarika entered Sahana's room with a big smile.
"Good morning mum, looking very happy? Something worth sharing?"
"Nah, it's nothing like that."
"Mum, spill it out. Now!" Sahana looked at Sarika suspiciously.
Sarika knew very well that it was never a good idea to lie to Sahana because she always used to catch them.
"Actually me and Devika were thinking that... You and Rishi look good together. Both are single. I think you should...." Sarika trailed off suggestively and Sahana rolled her eyes.
"Please don't say that you guys were thinking of changing your friendship to a relationship. Because I am not into it." Sahana threw up her hands.
"But.. what is the problem?"
"Problem... You are asking me problem... Rishi is the problem. He is so immature. It will be like I am his nanny or something. He is annoying and infact you are also annoying me right now. If you have something else to talk about then please change the topic otherwise I don't want to talk about this." Sahana burst out angrily.
"You are just like your father. Stubborn!" Sarika left the room fuming with anger.
Closing the door Sahana sat down with her back on the door. Counting to 20 she calmed herself down and started feeling guilty.
I shouldn't have talked like that to mum. I should apologize.
She was thinking this when there was a knock on the door.
"Saha.. open the door. It's urgent." Sanaya's voice came from other side.
"Why are you so tensed Sannu?" Sahana asked opening the door and Sanaya entered the room and started pacing up and down.
"Saha... I am sorry. Actually Ayesha is coming. Today."
"Sannu.... It's ok. It's fine. That is an old matter. I am over it now." Sahana calmed Sanaya but she still wasn't sure.
"Promise?"
"Promise! Now I have to go to mum." Sahana replied with a smile.
Ayesha... Ayesha Verma. Cousin of Sahana and Sanaya. They were in the same school along with Saral. She never had any contact with Sahana since she went to Ohio. Ayesha is now a model.
After sometime Sahana talked to her mom and clearly told her that she doesn't wants to marry now so she shouldn't be forced.
As she was coming back from her mom's room she saw a car stopping and out came Ayesha.
This is going to be hard.
Ayesha met everybody and then moved to Sahana. Both stood there awkwardly.
"Hi." Ayesha spoke after a minute.
"Hey Ayesha." Sahana greeted her.
It was followed by an awkward silence again. Sarika asked Sahana to show Ayesha her room.
"Long time... Isn't it Ayeshu?" Sahana decided to start the conversation this time.
"Yeah. How are you? Jewelry designer. This was unexpected."
"Yes. It was a sudden love for jewelries. But you are a model. We always knew that. Perfect figure since school time." Sahana complimented her.
"Saha... while we are at it... I wanted to apologize to you... you know... about!!" Ayesha looked at Sahana to read her emotions.
"It's ok Ayeshu... We were kids... We were silly... If it wouldn't have happened on prom night it would have happened some other time... All is forgiven and forgotten." Sahana's face had no hint of anger.
