When Jungkook and Taehyung finally arrived at work, Jungkook immediately went to do his own thing, not even sparing the older a glance throughout the day. This kind of irked Taehyung for some reason.

On his lunch break, he called Hoseok and asked him to come to his work so they could eat together, not wanting to be alone while Jungkook ate and laughed with other people like he didn't have a care in the world.

Taehyung wanted to be a care in his world.

...He mentally facepalmed, not believing he just thought that, before focusing back on what his best friend sitting in front of him was saying.

"So, yeah. He was actually really nice and told me to call him." Hoseok finished before taking a sip of his sprite.

Taehyung nodded and tried to look like he actually listened to everything his friend had just said. "That's great, Hobi."

Hoseok looked at him with narrowed eyes, "What's wrong with you?"

The younger sat up straighter, "What? Why would something be wrong with me?"

"You've been spaced out. Tell me what's up. You already know you can tell me anything." The older stated, leaning his elbows on the table.

"I know, I know. Oh, alright." Taehyung said with a sigh. "When I stayed at Jungkook's house he was a little mean at first, but towards the end he was actually being pretty kind."

Hoseok gave him a questioning look, "And? That sounds like good news."

"It is, I guess, but when we got to work he walked off from me and hasn't even glanced at me since, much less say anything."

"TaeTae, he's probably just busy."

"But he's been talking and goofing around with other people...wait a second..." Taehyung trailed off.

"What is it?" The older quickly asked, highly curious.

"I remember him saying something while I was at his house. He said that he would start treating me like everyone else and not being rude to me."

"Well it's about time," Hoseok huffed and stuffed a handful of fries in his mouth.

"Hobi! This isn't good! I don't want him to treat me like everyone else..." The younger looked down and pouted.

Hoseok looked at him and smirked, "Little TaeTae's got a crush."

Taehyung covered his face with his hands, "Stobbb it! I have no comment for that at this moment. I'm not admitting anything so hah." He said as he finally removed his hands.

"Well, I know something that might make you admit it." The older grinned as Taehyung narrowed his eyes, "What's that?"

"Look over there," Hoseok pointed and Taehyung turned around in his chair to look.

When he did his eyes widened beyond belief.
