"Oh yes. Two frantic young men came around asking if I have seen their son, but sadly with all the ruckus from your kid's show, the security guards couldn't do a full search." Gladis, the mall's information directory, gave a small sigh as she explained that we missed both Nikolai's parent's.

"Thank you, Gladis, for your help and excuse my blonde friend here. He's just hungry." Mochi gestures to Plisetsky while I just nod in the background with a tired smile. I then perk up and ask.

"Did they say where they were going by any chance?" Gladis places a finger on her chin as she thinks.

"Come on hag I don-" Plisetsky was immediately silenced by an agitated Gladis giving him a good smack as a dark aura forms behind her scaring Mochi to hide behind me.

"Young man, Learn some manner or gain some sense before I wack it into ya." Amaizeingly Plisetsky shut up and muttered a 'yes ma'am'. Gladis huffed and said in an empty tone,

"Okay now. The two young men said something about checking the outside the mall and checking with friends. I would be careful though, those teenagers are crazy."

I smiled warmly to Gladis and said a quick thank you before leaving with Mochi and Plisetsky shakily following behind me; almost like frightened puppies. I only chuckled at how this might have seemed when we walked out of the mall's glass doors and onto the worn out pavement and concrete of the parking lot.

"Okay, so now what?" Plisetsky asked snootily. Lord give me strength not to strangle this mo fo's neck (I actually love Yurio. I'm just writing from a point of view if he pissed me off.)

"Well don't you have a phone? Can't you call them or something?" Plisetsky looked at me for a moment before one side of his cheek turned pink as he pulled out his phone and began to dial Yuuri and Victor.

"Seriously!?" Mochi's voice came out with a mixture of shock and annoyance, "Why didn't you do that earlier when we found Cammy and the little guy!?" Plisetsky only huffed as he began to dial the two. I gestured mochi to come closer and explained that,

"He forgot about the phone because the last time he used it, his "angels" came a running." Mochi snickered as we both looked to Plisetsky mean mugging us. All I could do was laugh quietly and make a silly face at him; as a way for me to say 'eat shit'.

I felt a stir on my shoulder and realized Nikolai was waking up. He stretched his tiny hands to the sky as I could see him yawn a silent yawn from my peripherals.

His eyes meet mine as he asks, "Big sis Cammy, can I come and play with you again?" I looked at the distance and began to walk past the boys as I hummed in thought. I finally stopped as we reached a sidewalk bench that was sitting peacefully under a tree.

"I think if your a good boy and eat all your veggies and brush your teeth, maybe your papas will allow it." He had a sparkle in his eye as he began to jump up and down from his side of the bench.

"Yeah! Daddy will be so happy! He wanted someone to watch me while they work. Maybe I won't have to go away." There it was again, the conversation of him leaving. My curiosity is still present, but some kind of looming presence pained my heart to think about the worst. I shook my head and decided I put aside my fears and ask what he meant.

        "Nikolai, Where-"

"HAHAHAHAHA! Look at Uncle Tiger and Makkachin!"

Makkachin!?!?! The Poodle!?

I looked to where Nikolai was pointing to see a brown bushy poodle tackling a cursing Plisetsky while was Mochi was fangirling over its beauty. As soon as the dog arrived, he sprinted into a random direction paying no mind to the patrons on the street. I take a hold of Nikolai once again and race to the scene.

"What happened!? Was that Makkachin!?" I offer man hand and Plisetsky takes it, grossing me out in the process as his hand was drenched in dog slobber.

"Eh. Yes, and Victor's mangy mutt took the phone before he even answered." An idea sparked in my brain after he said that. I placed Nikolai on my back with his legs in my arms and his arms around my neck. Once I told him to hold on tight, I began to race after the direction Makkachin left towards.

"Cammy! Where are you going!?" Mochi called after me. I smiled and hollered back, "All good dogs return to their owners!" I guess he must have understood what I was saying because when I looked over my shoulder, he was smiling his goofy smile and carrying Plisetsky in a briefcase style. Nikolai began to laugh as I ran as smoothly and quickly as possible with the boys right behind me.

I ran until I spotted the poodle once again on a local sidewalk in the town square. Once we made eye contact, he ran into a sea of tents and fruit stands that can only e recognized as the city's local farmers market. My legs seemed to know exactly how to zigzag after the mischievous dog and followed him a good two and a half yards away from him. Sadly, through all the mayhem of angry customers, dashing through people and adrenaline pumped concentration; I lost Mochi and Plisetsky, but I didn't have time to worry about that, Nikolai needed his parents and if he is going to leave for god knows what reason, he needs as much time with them as possible.

Finally, the poodle stopped at a stand where two men stood. One in a trench coat with a surgical mask and sunglasses while the other was concealed by Makkachin's figure as he was crouched down and receiving the cell phone from his beloved pet.

I Knew who these two were very well, Viktor Nikiforov and Yuuri Katsuki.

"Papa!" Nikolai shouted from behind me. I carefully slid him off my back onto the ground as his little legs wobbled/ran to his father's embrace. I smiled at the scene, it was so nice and warm and reminded of how my family and I would greet each other every time I visited them. The moment was short lived as Viktor began to literally cry and make a scene while Nikolai comforted him as if it were normal. I looked up to make eye contact with a pair of brown eyes staring at me happily through a pair of rectangular glasses. I look away feeling embarrassed that I was intruding on their family reunion. I then see him walk towards me and the fear from earlier came back. If Plisetsky -the uncle- had an anger tantrum while I was taking care of Nikolai, I can only imagine what Katsuki and Nikiforov would do to me.
