Chapter 1: meet me and the guys

I roll off my bed as the sun peaks through me window and my alarm clock is going off. I stand up and walk into my bathroom and looked at myself in the mirror. My pink and blue eyes looked droppy and my shirt white hair was in my face. I open my medicine cabinet and grab my toothbrush and begin to brush my teeth. My teeth aren't normal at all I'm half vampire my mother's human and my father's a vampire the king actually. I choose to live a human life I'm the only vampire who can walk into the sunlight and not explode into flames then dust. I'm what vampire hunters and vampires call the one and only daywalker. I put my uniform on and then my eyepatch after brushing my hair. I always wear my patch on my pink eye since blue is a normal eye color. I headed to school I didn't live far from it and when I got to the front door I heard "Hey KitKat" oh yeah my name is Katie Drowning by the way and my white hair is natural. My friend Blake ran up to me in his uniform "hey your not late for once you actually go to sleep last night". He's a computer geek and hacks past fire walls and cool stuff like that. "Yeah my internet sadly crashed and I had to go to bed". His messy blue hair hung from under his beanie hat as he talked and smiled headphones around his neck. I don't know what I would do without Blake he's the best friend someone like me could ask for. No one knows I'm a vampire cause I hide it and tell people I just have sharp canine teeth. Me and Blake walked into school and down the hall as someone ran up next to us. "Oh hey carter Moring" I hear Blake say to his friend carter. Carter is a 6 foot tall person and he's the best player on out basketball team. I won't lie I have a small crush on him but he's Blake's best friend and mine. And like I said he's 6 feet tall and I'm only 5'4 and 1/2 so I'm pretty short and Blake's 5'7 so I'm the short one. Carter has drown hair and brown eyes. Let's get off the subject that's me and my two friends and we are about to take the adventure of a life time together.
