This depends if its a serious story or not. It its just for fun and has not real plot to it, then add as many authors note throughout the text as you wish!
But if its a serious story with plot, I suggest to wait to the end of the chapter or even the next page to add your notes and little comments.
I mean this is Wattpad, its meant for fun and experimentation with writing and just finding what works best for you. Just be cool about and don't go too crazy with it. Too many notes throughout are a little annoying but if that's you, that's you.
