Keep going

As Riley walked down the lonely street. She began to wonder if this was a worse mistake. She began to wonder what her family would think of her if she came back. As she walked further and further heights kept coming faster and faster. It was a never ending trail of thoughts. They were about different things.

Riley became dizzy and decided to stop and sit. She had been walking in the same direction for hours. She wondered how many people were trying to call her now nonexistent phone, she had left it behind. She wondered if there were people out looking for her and if she made the right choose, to disappear. What had happened to her? Why did she do it? What made her think that this was her only option?

The next morning
The night before nobody went to check on Riley. Hey thought she was tired and had went to bed early. Maya, at 7 was coming through the window. Little did she know she was talking to a pillow.
"So I think that I figured out when they are gonna do my gender scan." Maya began. When there was nothing but silence not even a moan she went to the bed. She found only the pillow and saw the open dresser drawers. Half of Riley's shoe bin was empty and most of her closet was empty. She quietly went through the rest of the house and found everybody else asleep.
"She's gone." She said to herself standing in the middle of the living room.
"She left." Maya said. She was in shock and had dropped to her knees.
Moments later Corey came in the kitchen, turned the light on, and started the pot of coffee. When he turned around in jumped frightened.
"Maya, what are you doing on the floor?" He asked. Maya was there but she was completely zoned out with slow tears streaming her face.
"Maya?!" Corey questioned.
She still didn't answer. He ran to her side and crouched in front of her. When he did this she started sobbing.
"She's gone!" Maya cried. Corey was confused. He left Maya's side and went to find Maya's room mostly empty. And no Riley. He began to freak out.
"Oh my god!" He shouted. Topanga came running in there.
"Where'd she go, Corey?" She asked.
"I don't know. I found Maya in the kitchen. She's crying and on the floor." Corey explained. Topanga rushes out to find maya. Maya was still sitting in the same spot with tears in her eyes.
"Maya, I need you to tell me where she went." Topanga said.
"I don't know. She didn't tell me about this. She just left. When she didn't show up last night after texting me I thought she had fallen asleep. I came here to a pillow in the bed and her stuff packed and gone. Where did she go Topanga?" Maya cried more.
"I don't know honey. But we're gonna find out.

Meanwhile Riley has began walking again. She was walking in the same direction away from everything she'd ever known. Away from family and friends. And her support. She didn't know what was next for her. She just knew that her parents were upsetting her and the best thing for her right now was to keep going.

A/n:: sorry for the weird chapter. I've been having trouble sleeping after a big move and it's like 5 in the morning. I've been up since eleven on Thursday morning and am really tired. I just can't sleep. I'll try better. And I have a doctors appt. tomorrow so I'll probably upload a few chapters; they take forever. You can show up on time and get out four hours later but show up one minute late and have to reschedule. Plus it's in Indiana from Kentucky so it's a bit of a drive. But it's okay I like them and will probably take my kids there. Now I am just rambling cause I don't really wanna go. The next chapter will be Maya's gender reveal and her babies name reveal. I've had these picked out since I started thinking about my family. These will probably be the names of my twins if an when I have them. Also I probably can't sleep because we had to lock one of our cats in my room to make sure he didn't eat anything. He's getting neutered today and he couldn't have anything past midnight except water. He's meowing like crazy and it's driving me nuts and is really loud. 😩🤗🤦🏼‍♀️🙎🏼‍♀️🙍🏼‍♀️🙄😳
