Being a witch surely was not easy, not when your entire family had a duty to fulfill, what was that duty? Protecting the world you knew and loved from demons. That was the life of a girl named Kumiko Shiratori.
Kumiko Shiratori, was an eleven year old girl who had one very big secret, she was a witch; her entire family was witches, well, except for her cousin Zac the Sunrise. Oddly enough, Zac was the only one who didn't manifest any powers of his own. It was because of this that it was far too dangerous for him around his family. Kumiko had..... a rather large family, she had an older brother, five younger sisters, three cousins.... all in all, there was chaos all around.
As if that wasn't bad enough, Kumiko had to keep her secret from even her closest friends.

That was pretty hard to do, especially when her life was as crazy as it was already. She was a witch who played Beyblade with the boys, and also sung songs at charities with her family. It was, quite chaotic. To top it all off, Kumiko might have had a small crush on that rising star, Akira. She though he was just so precious; it distracted her from her duties. Kumiko sighed lightly as she was watching her friend's practice in the park. "Hey, Kumiko, what are you doing?!" Valt asked excitedly.
"Huh?" Kumiko asked, snapping out of her thoughts. "Oh, nothing. Why?"
"Do you wanna train with me?!"
"Sorry... I didn't get enough sleep last night, I'm not awake enough to train seriously today, maybe another time."
"Awh..... ok." Valt replied. He went on to train by himself. Kumiko has to admit. She found him innocent, a little too innocent.

A guy like Valt is someone who is oblivious to bad people hurting them...
Kumiko sighed lightly, she watched Valt's training session. She was a very observant person, so she knew more than one person may have liked Valt in a romantic way, but Valt wouldn't be able to figure that out on his own. He was too oblivious.
When it came to Kumiko's powers, they were.... what you would call 'passive' powers instead of 'active' powers. What that is, is her powers were more mental than physical. Her cousin Hanako could see visions of the future. Kumiko, was more of an Empath, she could tell what others were feeling.
Kumiko sighed, this was going to be a long year...
