Chapter 4- What's Going On?

Ok sorry if Dakota's story is sad and depressing but, it's part of the story. That's all I have to say.

And sorry for the long update. Schools about to start for me. so it may get harder to update.

-Chapter 3-

Now today I was excited!!! It's finally my birthday! And I wanted everyone to be with me. Meaning-

1. Dante & Sora- of course!

2. Dakota

3. Bri

4.) .... And even Dakota's dad

So I get out of bed and head to my bros room only to see he wasn't there. Okay??? Weird. Oh well, I bet Sora will be in he--- she's not here either. Oh, wait!? Their probably downstairs. I get downstairs to hear not see that my siblings aren't home. Not in the living room, kitchen, back yard, garage, front lawn, anywhere!

I look over at my clock and it's 8:02 in the morning and it's sunrise and the neighborhood was quiet. So I put on my fuzzy boots and light jacket and headed over to Dakota's. Hope he hasn't left me and ditched to the next town. I knock on the door only to be greeted by Dakota's dad, Henry, with a scratchy voice.

"Oh hey Alex, what up?" he asked very casually. I was confused as to why he would ask that obviously he would let me in and yell for Dakota but, he didn't. What's going on today??? Especially on my birthday too.

"Umm isn't Dakota home?" I asked pondering as he gave me a look. I try to look inside but then he close it more so that I couldn't see inside and that it was just between me and him.

"Aaaaaah, no? He grabbed his bag and told me he was going over to on of the boy's house. And I don't know when he'll get back home, sorry," he said now with his voice back to normal. And I just didn't know what to do. Honestly, my day was getting more depressing than a Tim Burton's film. Before I could leave he stopped me with a question.

"Oh, wait- Alex could you watch over Brianna for a while? I need to go out for a while and take care of somethings," he whispered trying not to be loud. I nod and gave a smile.

"Do you want me to come over or bring her to my house?" I asked. "Your house if that's alright with you?" It came out more like a question. And why would he? He knows Bris' welcome over anytime. I gave him another nod and told me he'd bring her over around 9. It was 8:17 now, so I had a little time before she came over.

When I got back home no one was still there. I turn on the tv in the living room to watch Midnight. My favorite show about an awkward, pale, modern gothic girl met a vampire and is best friends with a werewolf but, she doesn't know it yet but, she does suspect it and the only person she likes at school is her best friend since like forever and starts to like her werewolf friend but, something happened to her. The anticipation is KILLING ME, it's so good. (A/N: yes, I know what you're thinking, a little bit of it is Twilight shut up about it, next shows going to new about My Little Pony: Magic of Friendship).

Luckily I didn't miss anything important, it just started. As I watched two episodes of a live crisis a heard a knock at my door and running in can and little Bri-chan. She bounced on the spot next to me and I gave her a hug while her dad, Henry, put down her bag in a chair in the living room.

He bent down on one knee ans Bri a want over and gave kisses and hugs as he got I'll to leave. I turn the channel till 'Pony Land: the long journey' (I just live the animation on that show) and I turn back to walk Henry out.

"Keep a close eye on her today, I fear something might happen, okay?" Looking straight into my eyes, dead serious. And within that he was off in his car. Almost zooming down the street.

~~~~Time Warp~~~~

Our was almost time did dinner when I realize what time it was. And so I tell Bri it's time to go home. OMG! You should see her face it was sad but so adorable. I knew that trick. She always tried to pull it when she had to leave, it doesn't work anymore.

So I get her stuff and hold her hand as we walk over top her house. What a great birthday this turn out to be... I thought, until I opened the door. SURPRISE!!!!

"SORA! DANTE! and you," I pointed to Dakota. I was mad at him and everyone.

"Where have you guys been all day!?" I was happy and yet mad at them for throwing me a surprise party. The house has small streamers and boxes of presents on the table and a cake in the kitchen.

"Oh my god! Alex you should see your face right now!" Dante was laughing his arse off. OOOOOOOOOOO was I going to kill him by the end of the night. And maybe everyone in the household. Besides Bri, of course. She's to cute. Te-he!

Okay I know this was short on detail but just wait for the next chapter. My kindle was dying... DON'T KILL ME. And I've got school tomorrow so... -_- yeah
