This is a shorter chapter but I'm working on it currently got my GCSE Mocks and had to revise a lot more and then injured my hand today but I'm working on it, sorry.

The x-ray had been done and the blood test results came back there was still too much in her system. Her heart rate was still up, but the pain was the reason. He felt like she was giving up quickly. The X-rays were all good, her ankle was healing nicely. Her scar on the other hand, wasn't there was an infection. They put her on some antibiotics which didn't react with the medication. Her burns were healing, leaving scars. Her body was scarred.

It was now the night shift. She woke up quickly the pain was like electricity. It was torture she guessed that their was still medication in her system and she could feel her scar, it felt like burning lava. She touched it, and her hand was red. She must have be thrashing after the horrible dream. She saw fletch walking past her room, she winced getting the cup and threw it at the door. As the pain shot back up her side, she just screamed.

Fletch came running into her room, more confused.
"Jac, what's up? Why did you just chuck your cup at the door. You know your going to be in more pain?"

She couldn't even talk. Screaming seemed like a pain relief, she quickly moved and showed the pooled of blood next to her. He hit the emergency button with Freida running in.

"What's wrong?"
"Her scar, it's bleeding a lot and it won't stop."
"Her blood isn't clotting, we need to start her on the antibiotics, because it gets more infected than it is."
He quickly put the antibiotics up and a new bag of saline.

Freida quickly got her into surgery, the infection wasn't stopping as they hoped. They only thing is, she couldn't be put under the only reason is that her body couldn't take it.
So as Freida was working trying to get rid of the infection and they had to get Essie as Fletch needed to keep her calm.

As she got to her room, she was allowed pain medication. It felt like she was in clouds, tuning everything out. They can be so loud. As her body was trying to fight the infection aftermath and other huge injuries, they put her into a medical induced coma. So her body had a better chance on fighting.

Evie ended up at the hospital at 13:00, school let her go out early as she was distracted. She went to the coffee shop getting a drink. While she was there she saw Dom. Wondering if he knew where Jac was she asked he politely.

"Hey Dom, do you know where Jac is?"
"She's probably on Darwin, she works there."
"Yes but I meant she's been injured, dad told me."
"Really? No one knows. Well come on I'll help you find your dad. Then I'll ask him."
Dom was more than confused, yet he wanted to know. He saw Essie, she must know as she rushed off before.
"Essie, where's Jac. Don't say you don't know as you've just come from Darwin."
"Evie, your Dad is in her room. Go up to Darwin and it's the isolated room."
She just nodded and walked up to Darwin.
Essie turned to Dom "She's in very bad shape, the pain got to her and she took the wrong medication and everything went downhill."
"Why I'm I always the last one to hear."
"Because nobody knows anything."
He just looked shocked, he didn't hear any rumours so this was on the low.
"I shouldn't show you this but come with me."
He quickly walked behind her, the receach Darwin and Essie brought him to her room, she was in a coma. But in reality locked in a prison of emotions and dangerous thoughts.
