I looked through the room window to see what the doctors were doing to Hayes. They were pumping him for air making sure he could breathe. Finally after what seemed like a long time they got Hayes to breathe normally and his monitor stopped beeping. The nurses left the room so I wheeled back in. I sat by the bed and held Hayes hand.

"I'm so sorry" I cried

I stayed in the room for a while and just thought to myself. I didn't think Hayes was going to make it to the birth of the girls.

I started crying even more. Knowing that Hayes might not be there killed me inside.

I heard somebody come in the room but I didn't pay attention.

"The doctor said you can leave now" I heard Nash say

He wheeled me out of the room and down into the parking lot to where the car was. I didn't want to stay at the hospital long so I decided to come back tomorrow.

I got in the car and Nash drove home. It was a short ride and I was glad to get home.

"Nash I left all my stuff at the hotel." I said

"Don't worry I'll take you and Nash home and I'll go get it" cam said

"Thank you" I sniffled

Me and Nash got out of the car while Cameron got in front seat and drove away.

I stood at the front step for a minute hesitant.

"What's wrong?" Nash asked

"I'm not sure if I should put on a fake smile and pretend like everything's okay." I said

"Just act how what you feel is right" he said

I took a deep breathe and opened the front door and put a fake smile on my face. everybody was sitting in the front room waiting for me. They all got up and came towards me. Emma came right up to me and hugged me. I couldn't hold It in anymore. I cried into Emma's shoulder.

"It's okay" she said

Erin and haven joined in the hug and I cried in their arms.

After a couple minutes I let go. Everybody was staring at me looking sad with tears in their eyes. Taylor walked towards me and grabbed my hand.

"I'll take you upstairs" he said

I nodded and wiped my eyes.

"Are you hungry?" Dillon asked

"Yeah..."

"What do you want?" He asked

"Spaghetti sounds good" I said

"I'll get right on it" jack j said walking towards the kitchen

Taylor started walking me towards the stairs and walked me up to my room. I opened the door and walked towards the bathroom. I left Taylor on the bed waiting for me. I locked the door and looked at myself in the mirror. I was not alright. I didn't want to be here right now. I looked down at my stomach and mumbled I'm sorry. I opened the medicine cabinet and took out a bottle of pills.

TAYLOR POV

Aubree has been in the bathroom for a while and I'm starting to get worried.

"Are you okay?" I yelled through the door.

I didn't hear any answer and it worried me even more.

AUBREE POV

I can't be here anymore. My life has turned to the worst. I opened the bottle and poured out about 6 pills and then closed the cap. I stared at them and didn't move.

I started crying and then held them up to my mouth

"1...2..." I started saying

Taylor opened the door and I turned to look at him. He leaped towards me and slapped my hand and all the pills fell to the ground

"No!!" I screamed

"Aubree stop. You can't do this to yourself." He said

"No... please just leave me to die. I have no reason to be here anymore..." I cried

I grabbed the bottle of pills and tried opening the bottle again.

"No! the caps stuck!" I yelled

"Aubree you have everything to live for. You have your family. What if Hayes wakes up? you have Hayes and you have me and everybody in this house and most of all you have to live for these little girls." He said coming closer to me every word

I cried even harder and slid down to the floor. He caught me and grabbed the bottle out of my hand. He picked me up and held me in his arms.

"Shh don't worry everything's going to be okay..." he said

He rocked me in his arms and I started to fall asleep.

Taylor carried me over to the bed and laid me down. I sat up when I saw jack j bring me my spaghetti. He gave it to me and then walked out. I ate it and then quickly fell asleep
