10.17 am
It was another raining day. Rain were hitting the windows at the coffee shop. It was November, which meant cold days which meant people who come to the coffee shop to warm themselves.
Donghyuck and Jaemin weren't that busy at the shop though since it was only morning. Most people came in the afternoon. While Jaemin stood with his phone, Donghyuck sat on a chair staring at the entry waiting for the cute boy to come back. He yawned slowly as he kept his eyes on the door. Didn't the cute boy arrive around this time yesterday? he thought to himself.
Suddenly, the door was opened and the bell above it clang. Donghyuck's eyes shot open as he stood up and walked up to the desk. His eyes followed the cute boy who had just arrived. He was too busy taking off his jacket to notice the barista staring at him with hearteyes.
When the cute boy arrived at the counter, he smiled softly at Donghyuck. He thought that was a cute name. Donghyuck. It sounds somehow both harsh and soft. Both cool and cute. It fit the boy.
"What can I do for you today?" Donghyuck grinned at the customer who hadn't moved his gaze away from the shorter since he walked up here. He looked so hot today with messy hair and a brown shirt with a T-shirt underneath.
"One caramel macchiato" he answered Donghyuck and moved his hand down his pocket to get some money for the drink. When the tanned boy saw this he immediately interrupted him and smirked.
"No need. It's on the house." Donghyuck said and winked, adding a smirk to his lips when he saw a blush plastered on the boy's cheeks. He loved to make the cute boy almost panic, he wanted to continue this, now whatever he's doing. "You can go sit down and I'll bring it for you" he added. The boy turned around and went to sit where he sat yesterday, in the corner next to the big window that were full of raindrops on it.
Donghyuck didn't hurry to make the order. He took his time only to make it the greatest coffee ever. He wanted the cute guy to come more often. He poured all the stained milk into the hot coffee and added the caramel syrup. He formed it to a rose. Jaemin always used to praise Donghyuck for his coffee art. That was something Donghyuck himself thought he was good at. He had never been one of those kids who can either draw, play music nor be good at school. Last year when he graduated he went out with average grades but it was enough for him to get hired here. When he first started at Coffee 127, Ten and some girl worked here. Ten fired the girl for never showing up so Donghyuck barely got to meet her. Jaemin applied for the job only a week after and since they both have spent most of their days together they had become the other ones best friend.
The caramel macchiato was ready. Donghyuck carefully picked it up and went out to where the boy sat.
He was on his computer once again, too focused to see Donghyuck stand with his coffee in his hands. The tanned boy put down the cup causing the customer to look up shocked. His shocked expression soon turned into a smile.
