Mark. With the R. What a beautiful name. Donghyuck thought as he stared out the bus window. It was a foggy Wednesday morning and Donghyuck had never been this excited to go to work.

The empty bus stopped at his location and he stepped off, heading towards the cafe. It was dark inside of the shop, meaning he was first today.

Donghyuck grabbed the key from his small bag and unlocked the door. He headed straight to the staff room where he changed his clothes into their white shirts and brown akrons. When he was done and had checked himself in the mirror, he went out and began placing the chairs on the floor. He looked at the clock to see it being a quarter to 6. Why wasn't Jaemin here yet? Just as Donghyuck finished putting the chairs as they should be, the door was opened and the only and only Ten walked in.

"Ten?" Donghyuck glared. He wasn't used to see Ten so often anymore, not since Ten started working night shifts only.

"Good morning to you too" the smaller boy smiled ironically and walked past Donghyuck towards the counter, "Jaemin called in sick today so we're stuck with each other for the day."

Donghyuck chuckled and continued cleansing the tables with a cloth he had in his back pocket. He didn't mind working with Ten for the day. But he was most excited to see Mark again. Mark and his fond eyes and lovely dimples.

"-hello Donghyuck are you not listening to me?" Ten interrupted his daydreaming with a smirk, "what were you thinking of, or should I ask who?" He wiggled his eyebrows.

Donghyuck thought it was best to ignore his co-workers behavior and continue getting the shop ready to be opened.

9:03 am

Mark came earlier than he used to this Wednesday. It was only 9 am and there he was, standing right in front of Donghyuck, with a big smile as usual.

The smile of Mark made the tanned boy feel like there was butterflies in his stomach that tried to escape. He had never been so fond of someone after only speaking with the person so little.

Mark genuinely seemed interested to Donghyuck. He wanted to get to know him more, get closer to Mark.

"Good morning beautiful" Donghyuck said and leaned forward on the counter, smirking at a flustered Mark.

"Good morning Hyuck- Uhm can I call you that?" He furrowed his eyebrows, questioning if he went to far. Donghyuck nodded and smiled cheekily. He had never been called that from someone this cute.

"I would like a-"

"Caramel macchiato?" Donghyuck finished his sentence with a raised brow. Mark giggled at how he knew exactly what he wanted. It wasn't that hard since it was the only thing he drank.

"It'll come right up. Go sit down and I'll bring it for you" the shorter said and walked over to brew the coffee. He saw Ten staring at him with a smirk from a table not far away. He was serving some old ladies brew coffee but had his eyes locked to mine. Donghyuck knew he wouldn't be able to get away now. And he was right. When Ten came behind the counter he immediately walked up to Donghyuck and wiggled his eyebrows.

"Is that the person you were thinking of this morning when you weren't paying attention to me?" Ten asked and followed Donghyuck when he walked around getting ingredients for the caramel macchiato.

He kept on asking questions like "how old is he", "where is he from", "what does he do for a living" and "you sure he is gay". Donghyuck told him about all their interactions causing Ten to snort, "yeah he's definitely queer."

"Uhm excuse me?" Donghyuck and Ten heard someone say from the cash desk. There stood a boy who was looking for someone to talk to.

Both of the baristas walked up to him and smiled. "What can I do for you?" Donghyuck asked politely as Ten leant on the counter, not having anything else to do.

"I would like to apply for a job" the boy said and smiled with his eyes closed, looking really happy. Donghyuck turned to look at Ten who were already holding papers excited for another employee.

"Of course! What is your name?" He asked and handed the smiling boy the papers to fill in.

"Lee Jeno, sir" he said, still not cutting the smile. Both Donghyuck and Ten couldn't help but smile seeing the boy being so outshining. He was like walking happiness.

"Okay. You can start right away! Here take my apron for awhile! I'll go to the staff room and make some calls as Donghyuck here teaches you how to manage everything behind the counter!" Ten took his apron off of himself and lent it over to Jeno who received it happily. Ten walked off into the back while Jeno got behind the desk.

"Well Lee Jeno, I'm Lee Donghyuck. Welcome to Coffee 127" Donghyuck smiled widely at the other. He was excited for another co-worker to talk to during the days. He wondered what Jaemin was going to say. Maybe now Jaemin wouldn't bother Donghyuck as much.

13:45 pm

The shop wasn't to busy today. Donghyuck and Jeno had plenty of time to get to know each other. Donghyuck found out that Jeno were born the same year as him and Jaemin. He also found out that he had just moved to Seoul from Incheon. But even when he was deep into a conversation with this newly made friend of his, he couldn't help but to check up on Mark sometimes. And as usual he was focused on his computer, sighing and making disappointed expressions. Jeno noticed this but decided not to ask about him. He barely knew this guy and respected his love life.

Day went on and it came to the time where Mark decided he should get going. He packed his stuff and walked over to the counter.

Donghyuck saw this and smiled towards the cute boy "Takeaway caramel macchiato?"

Mark shook his and grinned, "nope, just wanted to say goodbye"

"-oh" the barista said softly, feeling his cheeks heat up. Mark admired the sight of a flustered Donghyuck.

He soon began to blush himself as he opened his mouth again, "you know- uhm- there's this movie in the theatre right now. I thought that maybe- maybe you would wanna go and watch it- like with me?"

Donghyuck's eyes widened as he listened carefully to what Mark had to say. Was he asking the other out?

"Sounds entertaining" he answered with a smug smirk. Mark chuckled shyly and gulped.

"Great! It's this Friday, is 7 pm okay for you?" He asked the shorter boy who nodded over happy. They smiled at each other and said goodbye. Of course Mark didn't leave before promising Donghyuck he would be back the day after. And so Mark left, walking out of the shop, down the rainy street.

Both of them felt nervous and excited. Was it a date? None of them knew and none of them admitted that they wanted it to be one.
