the only relation this book has to nct is the names used,, all characteristics,, actions,, backstories and settings have been conjured from the depths of my mind. this book was originally formed as a place for me to practice and improve my writing for the creative writing part of my english,, and so there is very little plot and it may be confusing in places so i apologise :(. 

SHORT SUMMARY

taeyong is damaged and unstable after living through a traumatic event,, unwilling to leave the house and continue with everyday tasks. when he meets jaehyun,, he discovers his own form of sunlight,, and warmth begins to spread through his life. together they help each other to overcome their problems and lead a better life.

CONTENTS

this book contains a few descriptions which some may find upsetting,, but nothing too graphic. a mixture of sadness, despair and fluff <3 chapters are short and hopefully sweet,, so enjoy :)

PROLOGUE

why are so many people ungrateful for the fact that they breathe?

breathing is something so fragile and special, and the minute it stops, life shatters. too many people say that they wish they could stop breathing,

but i know,

if they knew what it was like

to see someone you love stop breathing,

they would swallow the all of the air left in the world,

so that their loved ones wouldn't have to witness that.

watching someone's last breath, that weak, trembling last breath is the worst thing that could ever happen to you. well, in my experience anyway.
