~Troye's POV~

" ....Also, I'm stripping you of your avatars. Good luck." The sickening voice boomed as he snapped his fingers, smoke instantly clouded the area as the Gamemaster fled the scene he oh-so-rudely caused.

Well shit, there goes my muscles.

While the smoke was disappearing into the virtual air, I could feel Zoe eyeing me intensively to see if I lied about anything. One thought ran through my mind over and over again, every time the thought repeated it's tempo only got quicker.

I thought as Zoe started to giggle at how I was reacting to him stripping me of my light blue colored eyes and barely noticeable muscles. Strangely, Zoe didn't change at all, like absolutely nothing had changed. I would be lying if I said I wasn't jealous of her natural beauty. I mean it was obvious she had make-up on, but even without it I bet she would still be pretty as hell. Certainly not fair to me or to the rest of the human race, I really want a refund on my genetics, if that's even a possible thing to do. Her family must look like gods and goddesses or something with her genetics, because damn.

We both sighed as our throats hurt a little bit from the screaming we did earlier, but we didn't miss the funny mishap that was occurring on the other side of the tree. The silly Americans on the other side of the tree seemed to have actually changed their appearance a lot from their natural self. As one looked like, and I quote 'The old man from 'Up', but he was only nineteen, he most likely either dyes his hair, or he has a lot of stress and his hair happened to turn that color, then his hair color would make sense. The other one turned himself into a girl, just to know what having boobs felt like.

That strangely reminded me of someone, the changing of gender inside of a game because this was their chance...Sage.

Maybe I would recognize her now since she's not a male and all anymore, I really need to kick her ass first (since this whole thing was a scam), and then she can become apart of our little team thing Zoe and I had going on. Since I was her older brother and all, I need to protect her since that's the 'brotherly' thing to do. Mom would also kill me if I just left her with a bunch of strangers too. I mean I didn't mind any of my siblings, we were pretty close, but damn we get tired of each other sometimes.

But if only one of us were to go through I'd trip her and jump through that portal, well if that's what we're going to do. I mean Zoe is a very caring person and has this heroic thing to her personality, knowing Zoe, she'll want to disable the generator and free everyone. Zoe is just that kind of person, don't get me wrong, I care about other people's lives too, it's just that I really want to get off up my ass and become a professional singer, I was actually going to do that next year. Believe it or not, it's quite hard to start a singing career when you're dead. I mean, it's only what I've heard on the street, it could be very easy for all I know, but I prefer to be alive.

After thinking for awhile, well more like thirty seconds, I look over to a Zoe that seems to be in deep thought. Lightly I tap her on the shoulder and ask her if we could find my little sister. She says that we'll do that after we ask the boys on the other side of the tree if they would like to join our team. Reluctantly I agree to her idea as we start walking around the trunk of the tree, it's a pretty big tree, if I do say so myself.

Once we make it to the other side of the tree, I came to a complete standstill. The guy did really look like the old man from 'Up'! He was short, had almost the exact same hair color, and has similar glasses! Now he just needed to catch a house that had a lot of balloons and fly away with them, but I wouldn't like that because he seemed very interesting and I was only just looking at him.
