"What should I do today?" I thought . Before I thought of something to do, I heard an owl outside, I wondered what an owl was doing in the day, I ended up asking my mother about the owl. My mother soon got a worrying look in her eye and said "Oh, it's just...probably one of those non-nocturnal owls.". I started to wonder why my mother looked worried the whole day. But that wasn't the only wierd thing that happened, I ended up making my mother's food disappear, I decided not to tell my mother because she already looked worried enough. I finally thought of something to do when the owl swooped down and looked as if it had dropped something. I decided to check to see if there was any mail. I opened the door and grabbed the mail that was on the front door step. I got bored sorting through the mail because it was just coupons, magazines, and stuff like that until I came across a letter with my name on it. Of course I didn't know what it was about, but I thought it was my report card. Since I do not do good in school, I got worried that my mother would find out about it. So I ran up into my room and hid the letter, I was half asleep, so I put it on my night stand in plain sight.
