Road trip

My older brother Bryan is driving me back to my old home where my family and I used to live. Right after exit 103 there was a pice of the guard rails missing. The road was all broken up and I was quite obvious that someone had been in a terrible accident. Out loud I had said the lords prayer to pray for the poor souls who had been in such a terrible accident.

But when we finally got to my home I didn't even recognize the place. It was very large and my brother had to direct me to my room. There were awards and and music notes all over the walls. It was a beautiful yellow room with plenary going on in every corner. My room is practically an open book and almost all I need to know should be in here, except for one thing, Dylan. Apparently I am a an excellent cheerleader and I play lacrosse, I think I can sing and dance and quite frankly it seems like I really love song writing as well. There is a piano I noticed when I walked by the family room and some of the music in my room was written for the keyboard so I believe I can play too. I have a victrola and many records as well. objects are easy but people, not so much. I see pictures and faces but no names or numbers to match them to. Putting the life of someone you don't know together is quite challenging, but trying to put your own life's story together is the hardest thing I can ever remember doing in my life.

"Do u have a job that you need to go to, to explain yourself at?" Bryan shouted from the other room. and I pondered over the question, do I have a job, and well really I had no idea. But then I thought real hard and long about that, do I have a job? only one thing came to mind, and that was to look in the diary I had found with my belongings.

Dear diary,

Tuesday March 17, 2014

Today is Monday, same old same old, but I still have fun at work every single day. I think Dylan is finally wanting to be something more than friends, but I think the hot cappuccino guy is also showing some major interest as well. Dylan will always be my first choice, but if he never wants me then I will just have to move on. Well his is name is Vincent and he has dark brown hair gelled straight up he has the most adorable smile and the way we met was the most romantic thing ever. I had tripped off of stage and he caught me like it was meant to be. he looked into my eyes and I just felt like I was finally safe. it was nothing at first but when I look back at it there was a split second that I hadn't thought about Dylan and no guys have ever made me feel that way before. this made me wonder if it was worth giving it a shot, if I was finally ready to move on from the one I truly love. I will always love Dylan, but it is time to find someone else.

Shoved between the pages was a note, from Vincent telling me to meet him at the park at 12 on top of the batting cages. dated March 17 2014! At the bottom it said 3 weeks from today aka Tuesday if I wanted this to really be a princess fairy tale come true.

Today is April 7th, three weeks from the 17th of April and Vincent would be waiting for me at the park, do I go or reserve myself to what I came back for, Dylan.
