The sun shines brightly through the blinds of my window. I glance down at both of my hands and feel a sense of safety when I saw that my ring was on my right hand. I sit up and take my first step of the day. I have to get a robe of some sort. I still have to keep in mind that I have neighbors here.

I tie the fabric belt around my light blue robe. Then I turn to see Michael sound asleep on the other side of the bed. He looked so peaceful and I did not want to wake him at all. I also assume that he's very cold so I lifted up the white comforter and covered everything from the neck down. I quickly planted a light kiss to his forehead.

As I made it down the rather long flight of stairs, the only sound to really hit my ears was a knock to the door. I ran down the stairs since the knocking would not stop until I was able to open the door for this individual. I was beginning to get annoyed with all of the knocks I was continuing to hear. I force the door to fly open and see a person who I never wanted to see again for the rest of my immortal life. Grey.

I closed the door almost immediately on him but his foot was in the way. "Bliss, let me in please." Was the first sentence he said. I scoffed and crossed my arms. "After all that has happened in only a matter of forty eight hours, absolutely not." I told him in an aggressive manner. "I promise you that I'm not going to hurt you. It's very important I need to talk to both of you." He said. I was not in the mood for any of his excuses and I knew that he was lying.

He might even be plotting to kill both Michael and I. I can't let him in at all. "No, you can't come in. Please go." I said. I turn to see Michael walking down the stairs with only his pajama pants on. He looked at the both of us as if he knew what all of this was about.

"Love, just let him in." Michael ordered. I stepped out of the way and allowed Grey to enter my home. All three of us went into the kitchen. Michael and I stood behind the counter and Grey took a seat. "I know that we have gone through a lot within the past couple of days." Grey began.

"Yeah no shit." I responded in a smug way intentionally. Michael wrapped his arm around my waist. "Babe be nice." He said to me. I looked down and continued to be quiet since this could potentially be a life or death situation. "I came here to warn you. This might surprise the both of you, but you're now in danger." He informed. Michael chuckled and raised an eyebrow. I really didn't understand what exactly was funny. "Which one of my siblings is now after me?" Michael questioned. "Janet." Grey replies almost instantly. Michael now looked concerned as he released y body from his strong arm. "That's absolutely impossible. Janet died. She's been long gone." Michael said. Grey shook his head and I stood there confused as hell. "You don't understand. It's something bigger than just Janet." Grey said attempting to sugarcoat what he was actually trying to say.

Michael began to look scared. Which was a different sight because I never thought that Michael could be scared. But we're all human. Oh wait, not all of us are. "Don't tell me what I know you're going to say." Michael begged. "I have to that's why I'm here. Azan is coming back and he's after all of you, with Janet by his side." Grey revealed. "Wait, who are we talking about?" I asked feeling generally confused. "Shut up Bliss." Michael demanded as he began to prance back and forth. "Grey be honest with me. Why are you telling us this?" I asked. He stood up with both of his thumbs in his pocket.

"Maybe because I genuinely care for people. Even though you're not people, I know the difference between right and wrong." He said. I nodded at his answer because it did seem acceptable. "I best be on my way." He said as he began to leave. Michael grabbed onto his arm tightly which stopped him. "Thank you for telling us." He told him. Grey only gave him a single nod and then continue to leave. Both of us were silent until we heard the sound of the front door being shut and a car starting.

Michael took a seat and sighed. He seemed to be very disturbed and had nothing except for fear and worry in those eyes. I never thought I could be able to see him in this light. There are some lights that just need to turn on, and I guess this is one of the many. "Mike, I hate being clueless. Please just give me a summary of what's going on." I pleaded in a calm manner. "Come Bliss." He directed as he slapped his hand on his thigh wanting me to sit on his lap. I took a seat on his upper right leg and wrapped my arms over his shoulders. "I have been alive for over three thousand years. Of course I have made enemies within that time. But none were as brutal as Azan was. He was my friend at first. Back in Egypt, he was like the father I never had. I was able to talk to him about anything. He knew all of my secrets, but now I'm so certain that I knew all of his. Because I wronged him when I didn't even know I had wronged him. We were both in love with the same beautiful Greek woman, Hestia. She reminds me of you. When her and I fell in love, he cursed me to become the monster I am today, and that is know as Dracula. No I'm not just a vampire, I am the vampire. And Azan was no man at all. He was a demon and I thought he went back to hell but now he's back, and he brought demons with him. Regardless of Grey's warning we're still fucked if he has my little sister on his side." He ranted.

I pulled him in closer to me not wanting to let go at all. "Michael we will work this out. You're a smart man and I'm positive that our minds combined will come up with a great strategy."I told him. "Ok my love. I trust you." He said calmly. Then he pulled me in closer by my waist and then began to kiss me passionately. This went on for only fifteen seconds but it felt like years and I enjoyed all of it. We then smiled at one another and I have always admired his smile. The sharp fangs which he had now made it more beautiful to me. "I'm going to use the bathroom, I'll be right back." I told him. "Ok, I'll be in the library." He said.

I look down at my hands that are now being soaked in water. I usually washed my hands very thoroughly just as my mother taught me when I was three. I then look up and am just horrified with the sight I now see. A dark figure with no color to his eyes, just pure darkness.
