Max's POV:
We all woke up to David's loud and obnoxious voice through a megaphone. "GOOOOOOOOOD MORNING CAMPERS!!! Everyone head to the Mess Hall for breakfast!!" He yelled through the megaphone.
I sit up with a groan and look outside our tent. Nikki and Neil had already headed towards the Mess Hall, so I figured I should too. I opened the door and sat down with Nikki and Neil like I usually do, looking more tired than normal.
"You okay, Max?" Nikki questioned. "you look more depressed than usual today." I looked at her a little annoyed and rolled my eyes. "I've just been getting a few nightmares recently. Nothing big." I shrugged it off and poked at my plate of "food." The food here was garbage, but this really crossed the line. This didnt even look like food.
I decided to step outside and escape the ruckus that was inside the Mess Hall. Once I did, though, I was not greeted by a pleasant sight.
"Hello, Max. Did ya miss me?"
