The Z fighters have officially added the artificial humans 16, 17, and 18 onto their forces. Cell has made his approaches towards everyone.
Cell: Greetings, friends, hopefully I can continue on to jump around with everyone.
Gokin: I'm ready to destroy you, Cell!
Cell: I'd absorb you, Gokin, but you're already part of my cell structure.
Gokin: Well then, I guess I'm ready to beat you at any cost!
No. 17: Me too! Get ready!
(Gokin and Android 17 fight with the technique they worked on, and start gaining some footing while fighting against Cell.)
Cell: *kicks Gokin away* *puts his tail over 17*
No. 17: No! Stop! I don't want to be absorbed!
Gokin: 17! NO!!!
Cell: *transforms into his semi perfect form* One step closer to perfection!
Vegeta: *punches Cell*
Cell: Stop...fisting me!
Vegeta: Okay! *pulls away fist*
Cell: Ah~~! All at once!
Gokin: *kicks Cell* Spit him out! Spit No. 17 out right now!
Cell: Never!
Gokin: Very well, then! SPECIAL BEAM CANNON!!!
Cell: Yikes!
Goku: *Lands near Cell*
Gokin: Daddy!
Cell: WHAT?!
Goku: I'm all better now, but I need one more day to be ready!
Cell: Okay then, see you.
Goku: Cool!
Gokin: Daddy...?
Cell: *punches Gokin into the air*
Gokin: OW~~~~! *lands* My balls! Why? Why did he have to punch me in the balls?
Cell: Very well, then, looks like I'll have to get you down shortly! 18!
No. 18: No!
Cell: *absorbs No. 18* *transforms into his perfect form*
Gokin: SPIT MY FRIENDS OUT, NOW~~~~! HAH~~~~~! *passes right by Cell* Wait, what? *falls onto the ground* That usually works.
Cell: Well, Gokin, looks like you've met your new friend, the ground. Get along with it, because I have a good feeling you're going to be very close.
Everybody: *Attacks Cell together, but can't even touch him*
Cell: Mwahahahaha! I could kill you all right now, and finally end this! Though, if I gave you guys some more time, do you think you could get stronger!
Everyone: Yes!
Cell: Okay!
Gokin: Alright, it's settled, but only if you agree not to hurt anyone else until after the fact!
Cell: That's fine, I don't need any more power anyway.
(At Kame house...)
Chichi: Gokin, I told you countless times to avoid such large people when your dad and I aren't around. Thank goodness you're alive! Don't go back there, please!
Gokin: Sorry mom, that creature killed my new friends, and now, he's going to pay.
Chichi: I appreciate your enthusiasm, but-
Master Roshi: (watching women's fitness program) Hehehe~, that's right, work it!

Cell: Pardon me, ladies. Would you mind telling me where the news station is?

Gokin: CELL~~~!!!
Chichi: That's Cell?
Gokin: He's blasting every station! Master Roshi-sama, don't lose him!
Master Roshi: *flips channels following Cell*
Weather man: ...and today, we're experiencing-. What in the world?
Cell: Excuse me, is this studio B.
Weather man: Yes it is, someone call security!
Cell: *throws the weather man* *looks at the cameras* Greetings, everybody. I have some great news, especially for those of you who are tired of peace. Some of you may have heard of a monster who has been roaming about, drinking the plasma out of everyone. I am the evolved form of that monster. I will not feed on any more cemeritans, as I no longer require human plasma to function, so those who have died by the likes of me, thank you for your generosity.
Trunks: Cell!
Gokin: He's vicious!
Cell: In ten days, I will hold a martial arts tournament called, "The Cell Games." Catchy, right? Now, here are the rules. First off, fight one at a time, and if you violate this, your team will automatically lose. Secondly, you are eliminated if any part of your body is out of the ring, you lose. Lastly, if every last challenger is defeated by me, it's a loss for the entire world, and I will look into the eyes of the last man as I seal their fate.
Gokin: ...!
Cell: Like Vegeta's mother, I will take all comers.
Vegeta: No you didn't!
Cell: As strong as I may be, I tire very easily, so if you're not interested, perhaps you want to end up like this. *blows evergy ball through the city* Surely you don't want to end up like this, do you? I look forward to seeing you all at the ring I made at 28 KS Point 5. I look forward to seeing you!
Gokin: ...CELL~~~!
Trunks: I'm just as mad as you are!
Gokin: Come on everybody, we need to train now!
Goku: Come on, Gokin, we don't need training.
Gohan: Yeah, come on.
Gokin: Well, suit yourselves, I'm not turning down any gains I'll potentially get from training. The slightest amount of power could be life or death for me!
Chichi: Gokin!
Gokin: Mom, if I don't do this, I won't have a Earth to live in.
Chichi: ...Gokin?
