Chapter 2 - meeting Robbie - part 1

Reader p.o.v

It's been a few weeks that we've been staying in the mystery shack, weird things have been happening since day one to the twins and me. Right now me, dipper and Mabel are helping around the shop, and when I say helping, we're more like messing around. I'm talking to Wendy right now and I ask her where she goes when I can't find her around the shop, she says "(y/n) obviously I'm not gonna stay here, I sneak off to hang out with my friends when Stan leaves."

We drop the subject after that and just talk about random stuff like our favourite musicians, I tell her mine is (f/m) but she says she's never heard of them before, so I literally force her to listen to them from my phone.

Grunkle Stan leaves and says he won't be back for a couple of hours, Wendy leads us to the door leading to the roof where me and her hang out sometimes. Dipper gets scared that we're not allowed up there when Wendy pretends not to know where it leads. She calms him down when she says she goes up there all the time and everyone's in awe when we get up there of the sweet set up Wendy has.

We're all throwing pine cones at our 'targets' and dipper accidentally hits a car making the siren go off. Dipper gets scared that Wendy is gonna shout at him but instead she says "nice shot, dude" and waits for a high five from him. Dipper goes off into Wendy land and Wendy says "don't leave me hanging", Dipper finally high fives her. But straight afterwards we hear a car pull up and people shouting for Wendy to come. She leaves with her friends and we're stuck with a fanboying Dipper.

-Time skip-

We're all hanging round the mystery shack when we hear the car pull up again and people shouting for Wendy. Wendy is about to leave, when Dipper says "can I, I mean we come with you?". Wendy says "(y/n) can come, but how old are you and Mabel?", Dipper says "we're thirteen, so technically a teen". Wendy says they can come and we all head outside, to see two guys holding up a fat guy and an emo looking boy about to throw a red marble into the fat guys belly button. Before the emo guy can do it though, Wendy throws a green marble into the fat guys belly button, making everyone notice us.

Wendy introduces us to them once they've calmed down, "(y/n), Mabel, Dipper these are my friends lee, Nate, Tambry, Thompson and Robbie" Mabel and Dipper do their introductions and I introduce myself with a "hey, People Wendy has told me so much about you guys, hope we can all get along". Robbie is the first one to talk to me and what he says shocks me "you're cute, what's your name", in a condescending tone. he's obviously jealous of me because I get to spend more time with Wendy than he does, but that's not the point he's my soulmate. But because he's acting like a jerk right now and he obviously has the hots for Wendy, I respond with " didn't you hear Wendy introduce me and my siblings, or were you so blinded by jealousy that I spend more time wth Wendy than you, that you didn't hear that?". I give him a wink afterwards and he gets shocked,angry and embarrassed that he just turns red and says nothing else, which makes him look cute. Everyone laughs and says "burnnnnn!", and Nate says "do you need some ice for that burn." Afterwards Nate and lee high fives, and Robbie tries to gain back his dignity by saying how he was the one that spray painted the water tower. Dipper comments " I thought it was a muffin" and everyone agrees, Robbie says that it's an explosion.

We all get into Thompsons car and he asks everyone not to punch the roof of the car anymore, but no-one listens and does it anyway. I'm transfixed with the back of Robbie's head for two reasons, firstly because he was picking on Dipper, secondly because He's my soulmate.

Thompson starts the car and we head off to an unknown destination, but all I can think about is the emo prick in the front who's my goddamn soulmate!
