Chapter 1

Y/N's POV:

I was sleeping peacefully until I hear a stupid beeping noise go off in my dream. In my dream I'm currently running around trying to find the source of the stupid beeping before I fall down in a hole , causing me to shoot up from my sleep. I look over to my left to see it was just my stupid alarm going off causing it to seem like it was in my dream. I swear alarms are the literal devil.

I groan flopping back down on my bed and reach over to shut the alarm off, successfully turning it off while not looking. I huff in annoyance and slowly get up only for someone to rush into my room, slamming the door open. " Oh good you're up. You have to perform at Capitals Summertime Ball today, so hurry and get your ass up" Ashley/ Halsey tells me before walking out the room, slamming the door shut afterwards. Why does she keep slamming doors? I swear she has a weird ass thing for slamming shit. 

I groan for the umpteenth time today and get out of bed, stretching afterwards. I head to my closet, while doing so I hearing some laughter coming from downstairs. Ashley, Double G, and Blackbear must've stayed after they went out to a club last night. Anywhore I pick out an outfit choosing a simple Red and Blue Flannel, White shirt, greenish yellowish pants, and blue Vans, grabbing some White Silk Calvin boxers and a white Calvin sports bra as well, knowing damn well once I get there I will have to change into a stage outfit.

With the clothes and a white towel I go into my bathroom, closing and locking the door after putting the clothes down. I put the towel on the bar that's nailed against the wall and turn on the water setting it to a warm, put more on the colder side temperature so I can wake up. I strip off my joggers, boxers, and sports bra, than step into the shower letting the water and noise of the water pellets hitting the shower walls and floor take over me.

Once I'm finished I turn the water off and step out wrapping the towel around my waist, tying it there. I lotion up my torso, chest, and back, then put my sports bra on. I fix up my hair a bit, blow drying it afterwards. I don't really need to do much since I know my hair stylist, Kailey, will fix it up right. I than put some deodorant on and dry off my lower half with the towel. Once I'm done I finish up putting the lotion on and slip the boxers on. Once I'm completely dressed I give myself a look over before brushing, and flossing my teeth. After that I flip my hair a bit and realize that I need to give it a bit of a change. Hopefully Kailey already has that planned though.  I get out the bathroom, putting my socks and shoes on, than some cologne walking out my room afterwards. 

" Y/NNNN" G-Eazy shouts at me and I release a smile towards the sight of my step-brother. "Wassup Double G" I say walking towards the plate of pancakes, eggs, bacon, and sausage. "Nothing much, just trying to figure out which songs of yours are you gonna sing in about 3 hours." he says back shrugging as I join him, Ashley, and Blackbear at the island of the kitchen. "Well you guys can keep trying or you can let me tell you" I say before digging into my food moaning at the taste but seems to go past as a mumble because I keep shoving my face with the food.

" Chill Y/NN we don't need 'The Great Of Music' dying on us now" Ashley says chuckling afterwards, everyone but me joining in. " Yeah, Yeah" I mumble slowing down my eating only a little bit and looking towards everyone awaiting their answer. " Of course we wanna know what you're singing. Soo what's the list" Blackbear says leaning in just a tiny bit. I swallow my food before answering, " Cold Water, LIKE I WOULD, and Sign Of The Times, the new song I was talking about that you guys weren't aloud to hear is the Sign Of The Times" I say and their mouths drop while I look at them confused " What?" I ask and their faces turn into happy ones "THATS THE BEST SONG LIST I'VE EVER HEARD" They all shout at the same time before dancing around while I just chuckle at their actions. " You guys are dorks" I say smiling shaking my head at them.
