Ivana forgot downright about the incident with Lex at Brianna's party since there wasn't any text or call from Lex after that. That's not the only reason Ivana's mind erased off the incident, but she had one more important reason to overlook it and the reason is, she was happily dating with Zion in her Christmas holidays. The immense pleasure and warmth which Zion gave made to completely dissuade from her real self. At least, she was at the peak of contentment over a while, but she never knew how long that period is going to last.
The day of Christmas commenced with an overwhelming aura for Ivana. She was eager and nervous as well by the fact that she is going to meet Zion's parents for the first time because he has invited her home for the Christmas Eve. She tried to keep her cool and got ready for the important evening in her life. Zion had agreed to pick her up near Christina's home since Ivana was not interested in letting Bethany sis know about their relationship as it would cause unnecessary problems for her in the camp where she stayed.
For the twentieth time, Ivana saw herself in the old shabby mirror to ensure if she was looking presentable. Her blue eyes shined due to the light reflecting from the mirror. She looked like a fairy-tale princess in her pink sequined evening gown. Her peachy skin, rosy lips, and perfect curves will make any guy on the earth fall for her instantly. It's no wonder that Zion is completely crazy and into her.
At last, when she was all set and about to leave her shelter she spotted a Santa Claus in front of the gate. She believed seeing Santa as a good sign for the rest of the evening. Which kid doesn't love Santa Claus? Every kid expects gifts from Santa Claus be it a six-year-old kid or a sixteen-year kid. Ivana is no exception, she too longed and loved to get gifts from Santa right from her childhood. She went near Santa and wished him "MERRY CHRISTMAS" and Santa, in turn, blessed her by his blissful words "GOD BLESS YOU MY CHILD", and gifted her the special big red box to her.
She got the ornately wrapped red box without a spark of surprise in her face. It was as though she was expecting the same red box with the golden ribbon woven over it. Right from her childhood, she used to get the same large red box once in two years, so it had become a routine thing to her. She used to get teddy bear and other plush toys and sometimes she got a beautiful dress which would perfectly fit her. She would be shocked when she gets a pricey dress and wonder who would have given that to her through Santa.
Even though she wasn't surprised while receiving the box she was very eager to open the box because Santa is the only person who will gift her in the holiday season, and she has no one to gift or surprise her. She can't stay in peace for the evening without unwrapping the gift and her mind would be wandering around the gift only, so she took the gift and ran into her room to take a quick look, and then she thought she can run on her heels.
She untied the golden ribbon and was about to open the gift box that's when her phone buzzed. Ivana stopped opening the box and took her mobile to check it.
"I reached near Chrissy's home. When you will be up?"
It was Zion's message, and she replied that she will be meeting him within fifteen minutes.

"You up here. Happy Christmas. Are you waiting for someone? Wait, are you trying to break into my home?", Chrissy asked teasingly.
