Today I was meeting Chorong at a cafe to drink some coffee.
" Is Suho ok with you always hanging around Chorong?" Asked Hyunsik.
"Why wouldn't it be ok, we're best friends." I responded bitterly.
Chorong and I are always together and we never found it weird that we spend too much time together. Will that change just because she has a boyfriend now? I wondered to myself.
I met Chorong at our usual place and we sat and chatted as we drank our coffee.
Ice Americano for me and ice cappuccino for her.
We talked and laughed for hours, I didn't even realize that time was passing.
This whole time a question never left my mind.
Why do I feel this way for her? And what do I feel for her?
Suddenly this guy randomly comes up to us and talks to Chorong.
"Hey pretty lady, wanna ditch this guy of yours and come with me?" He says creepily
I noticed that Chorong was uncomfortable and she refused. How could I just stand here and watch it happened? Then he grabbed her by the wrist and I had enough of it.
I grab his hand and twisted so he couldn't move.
"Leave her alone got it?" I threatened
I held her hand and left the store with her behind me. I can see that she was terrified and so I pulled her close and held her tightly into a hug.
" I thought you knew hapkido?" I teased to lighten up the mood
She punched me while still being in my arms.
I wish we could stay like this forever you and I. But you have someone else..
