After Hour

Part 8 - Messed up

In a luxury room where Sugai Yuuka, Moriya Akane and Sasaki Kumi had a discussion. They were silenced each other after Yuuka explained to Kumi about the result of her meeting with Shiraishi Mai then Sasaki Kumi began to speak.

"So.. We had been fooled?"
"No Kumi, they were testing us to prove are we worth to trust or no." explained Yuuka.
"Then, would you like to join them being an inner part?" asked Akane.
"Hm, alright then, count Gana in. But, can I ask you something?"
"What is it?" curious Yuuka.
"Are the telekinetic is real?" asked Kumi seriously.
"I already saw it by my eyes it's real, why you asked again?" sighed Akane.
"Well.. it's because I haven't see it by myself. It's hard to believe." said Kumi.
"Yeah, I know how do you feel Kumi." added Yuuka.
"So do you planned to meet Shiraishi again?" asked Kumi to Yuuka.
"Hmm.. I think yeah. But, I haven't arrange my schedule to meet her again."

Akane took Yuuka's phone on the table and dialling Shiraishi's number.
"I will call her."

In a basement of a building, there was a fight between a man and a girl. The short haired girl knocked down the man and she stepped one of her foot on the man's back.
"Tch, my jacket is dirty. You must pay for it. But first you are his men right? Tell me where is your boss!" said the girl.
"I don't know.. I don't know anything about that. Please let me free..." said the man.
"Heh! I'm not that easy."

The girl broke the man's arm and made the man moaned loudly. The girl left the man alone at the basement then she took out her phone and calling someone.
"Hello? Reika, that man is have no relation to that boss mafia. I guess I have to look for him further." said the short haired girl.
"I see, ah! Waka! Can you come back? There is something that I want to talk to you."
"You can tell me by phone Reika." said the short haired girl named Wakatsuki Yumi.
"This is important! Come on Waka~" begged Sakurai Reika.
"Alright, alright.. I'll come back. See you." said Wakatsuki then she hanged up the call.

She put her phone inside her jacket then start running to outside to get on her motorcycle.

'I don't know anything... anything about... you.'

Watanabe Risa just arrived at home. She opened the door and saw lots of broken things such as vases, plates and any breakable things spreaded around the floor. Risa shocked what happened with the house when she was outside.

When she look on the floor near enterance door, there was a pair of green shoes. That was Manaka's shoes.

"I'm home.. Manaka? Are you inside?" asked Risa while walking slowly to the living room.

In the living room, there was no one. Risa look around seems like no one inside the house but there was a pair of Manaka's shoes at enterance. Risa tried to go upstairs to their room, when she opened the door of their room there was Manaka crouching at the corner. Manaka look like she was frightened of something.

"Manaka! Manaka! What happened?!" panicked Risa as she approached Manaka.
"U-ugh.. I... I am afraid... Risa... I'm afraid!" frightened Manaka.
"Don't worry.. I'm here.. What are you afraid of?" asked Risa while hugging Manaka.
"P-power... I don't want that.."
"Power? What power??" curious Risa.
"U-uurgh...." moaned Manaka as she touched her head with both hands.
"O-okay let's move to bed first.. Don't worry I'm here for you Manaka.." said Risa.

Manaka and Risa moved to the bed. They sat at the side of bed. Risa stroked Manaka's shoulder softly and let Manaka lean her head on Risa's shoulder to calm down herself.

After a half of hour they keep silent. Risa hold one of Manaka's hand and begin to ask Manaka some question.

"Relaxed?" asked Risa.
"Un.." nodded Manaka a little.
"Could you please tell me what happened to you?"
