(Jade’s POV)

“WELL YOU KNOW WHAT SAM, IF YOU STARTED BELIEVING ME OVER PEOPLE WHO DON’T EVEN FUCKING KNOW ME, WE WOULDN’T BE HAVING THIS PROBLEM!” I bellowed to my boyfriend.

“WELL MAYBE IF YOU STOPPED SLEEPING AROUND, I WOULD THEN START TO BELIEVE YOU!” He shouted back at me, leaving without another word. He made sure that the door slammed on his way out.

I stood facing the door, tears streaming down my face as I heard his car speed off the drive. I collapsed to the floor, crying hysterically. It killed me that he had thought I’d cheated on him, let alone have him think I sleep around.  After sobbing for what felt like hours, I dragged myself up off the floor and took my phone of charge. I began to text my best friend Jesy Nelson.

Jesy and I are most probably the closest in the band. I mean, don’t get me wrong, I love Lee-Lee and Perrie, but I always felt as if I could tell Jesy anything. She was always the most understanding and she always cheered you up when you were down. I don’t know what I’d do without her, she’s my rock.

I wiped my eyes and began to text her.

Jade:

Hey Jesminda. Me and Sam have just had a huge fight and he stormed off. I’m worried about him :( x

I got a reply from Jesy not long after I’d sent the text.

Jesy:

Aww don’t worry poopey, I’ll be over in 15 :)x

Jade:

Okay baba, hurry up though, I need cheering up!Xx

I placed my phone back on charge as I slipped into my Minnie Mouse onezie and got myself a packet of biscuits from the cupboard. I sat down, turned on the TV and waited for Jesy to arrive.

After a short while, I heard my front door unlock and I saw Jesy walk through. My face lit up as I saw her walk through the door.  I stood up and hugged her. When I pulled back, she guided me over to the couch and sat down next to me. She decided the best way to lighten my mood would be to watch a film. I gave Jesy something more comfortable to change into and we decided to have a girl’s night in.  All was going great until I heard my phone buzz from the other room.

I got up to go and answer it. When I looked at the caller ID, it read ‘unknown’.  I shrugged and answered the phone, completely un-expecting what I was about to hear.

“Hello?” I said into the phone.

“Is this Jade Thirlwall?” The person asked.

“Yes. Who is this may I ask?”

“It’s St. Phils Hospital. Do you know Sam Craske?”

“Y-yes,” I stuttered “is he alright?”

“I’m so sorry Miss. Thirlwall, but I’m afraid Mr. Craske had died…”

A/N: Hellloo, I know this chapter isn’t amazing but this is only the prologue and I didn’t have much time to write it. I hope you liked it never-the-less. I’ll try to update this weekend.
