The Brother who Betrayed

Ash had now burst into tears while Serena and Pikachu were consoling him . He was crying as he was really close with Brock whom ash thought of as his brother . Brock's betrayal had hurt the most to ash next to his mother's . Brock was a brotherly figure to ash and he was ash's best friend .

Serena:- There there ash , it's alright
Pikachu :- ( while crying ) Pika Pikachu Pika pii
Ash:- Ok I will stop
Ash sniffed and slowly stopped crying .
Alain:- What happened ash ? Why did you cry when you heard the name of —
Bonnie :- Don't say the name
Alain:- O..Kay ?
Aria:- But why did he cry ?
Ash:- I .. *sniffs* will explain .

Ash and everyone sit down in a circle and ash goes down the memory lane .
Ash:- It all began when I was 10. I woke up late on my tenth birthday and when I went to get my starter , professor oak revealed that all of the starters were gone . My choice was squirtle but it was taken away by Gary . So my only choice was a really strong yet stubborn Pikachu . I accepted him and continued on my journey . When I reached pewter city , the location of my first gym , I saw it was a rock and ground type gym . And being the noob I was , my team consisted of Pikachu , butterfree and a pidgeotto . I was brutally defeated by Brock who was the gym leader . His dad later helped me to win it and I win with the use of only Pikachu . He later came with me on my journey . He travelled with me throughout Kanto, Johto , Hoenn and Sinnoh . He was a brotherly figure , a mentor , a guide , an explorer and a genius . Though his one line always confused me . He called a rice ball a jelly filled doughnut . But then he betrayed me with the rest . I was hurt a lot but now I just gotta move on .

Alain:- Whoa
Aria :- I am so sorry
Everyone :- We too
Ash:- Don't be . Now let's go to sleep .

Time : 1:30 AM
Ash:- Come on Pikachu , more power . I am using you in my battle against Brock .
Pikachu:- Pika Pika
Serena:- Ash where were you ? Do you realise how worried I was when you were not next to me ? I thought you had left me

Serena was now starting to tear up. Ash instantly regretted making her cry .
Ash:- Hey Hey Sere don't cry . I was just training . But I am sorry to not have informed you . From next time I will do that . Now please don't cry .
Serena:- Ok
Ash:- Come now we will sleep together . Return everyone .

Ash:- Alright Guys let's show Brock and the rest of the traitors the real ash Ketchum .
Ref:-Please welcome from the red corner Brock and from the Green corner Ash Ketchum .

All the people cheer equally for them . But ash senses something off from Brock .
Ash:-(thoughts)Can it be ?
Ref:- Please bring out your Pokémon .
Ash:- Pikachu I choose you
Brock:-(unenthusiastically) Go geodude
<Aura Conversation Starts >
Ash:- Brock what is happening
Brock:- Huh.. What .. Is that you ash ?
Ash:- Yup
Brock:- Ash I would like to say sorry . The real traitors blackmailed me into betraying you . If I had refused , they would have killed my family and all my Pokémon
Ash:- Really ?
Brock :- Yes . I am so sorry ash . I know you won't forgive me but I just wanted to tell you .

Ash reads Brock's aura while he is saying this and he gets the yellow coloured aura which is the aura of truthfulness .
Ash:- I forgive you
Brock:- Wha..
Ash:- I said I forgive you
Brock:- After all I have done to you why forgive me ?
Ash:- Because you spoke the truth .
Brock :- Thank you Ash I won't listen to them again .
Ash:- Ok now let's battle
Brock:- Ok
<Aura Conversation End >
Ref:- Battle begin
Ash:- Use thunderbolt
Geodude :- Use Rollout

But Ash's Pikachu is too OP and it just OHKOs Geodude
Ref:- Geodude is unable to battle . The round goes to ash
Brock :- Good job . Return . Now go Ludicolo
Ref:- Battle begin
Ash:- Pikachu Use thunderbolt
Brock:- Use ice beam

The ice beam and thunderbolt rock back and forth but thunderbolt comes out on top and electrocutes ludicolo And faints it
Ref:- Ludicolo is unable to battle . The round goes to ash
Brock :- Return Ludicolo good job now go crobat
Ref:- Battle begin
Ash:- Use thunderbolt
Brock :- Poison jab let's go

Pikachu charges up its attack and releases it while Crobat releases a X shaped attack covered with poison energy . But thunderbolt absorbs it and becomes poisonbolt and strikes crobat with it which results in it fainting .

Ref:- Crobat is unable to battle . The round goes to ash .
Brock :- Have a long rest . Now go golem
Ref:- Battle begin
Ash:- Use thunderbolt
Brock:- Golem Use earthquake

The thunderbolt absorbs the earthquake and becomes thunder quake and strikes golem which results in the knock out of golem .

Ref:- Golem is unable to battle . The round goes to ash
Brock :- Return golem good job . Now go Marshtomp
Ref:- Battle begin
Ash:- Use thunderbolt
Brock:- Marshtomp Use muddy water

Thunderbolt with its new ability absorbs it yet again transforming it to muddy thunderbolt and strikes Marshtomp with it and it becomes muddy bolt and the result is the same as before

Ref:- Marshtomp is unable to battle . Please send out your last Pokémon
Brock:- Nice job Marshtomp Return . Now go steelix
Ref:- Battle begin
Ash:- Use thunderbolt
Brock :- Keystone listen to heart . Feel the bonds between me and steelix and let us go even further . Steelix Mega Evolve

A blinding light from steelix and Brock stops Pikachu from using thunderbolt and then the orange and white lights collide and steelix mega evolves .
Brock :- Now flash cannon
Ash:- Pikachu thunderbolt one last time

Ash and Pikachu are clearly enjoying the new ability which Pikachu learnt . The flash cannon gets absorbed yet again and it transforms into FlashThunder. It scores a direct hit and faints steelix

Ref:- Steelix is unable to battle . The winner of this match is Ash

Ash and Brock are making their way to the Pokémon center where the rest of ash's gang is seated .

Paul :- How dare you bring him to us
Ash:- Wa—
Gary:- Ash are you mad
Ash:- Let—
Trip:- Please send him away with one of your aura blasts

Ash was clearly losing his temper
Ash:- Ca—
Alain:- Ash how can you stand next to him
Ash:- If —
Clemont :- Ash what are you doing ?
Ash:- Wel—
Bonnie:- How dare you betray ash ?
Brock and ash:- Plea—
Serena:- Save it mister . If it weren't for you and the others ash would never had been this depressed
Ash:- Sere—
Sawyer:- Ash send him away

This was the last straw and ash sent an aura wave knocking everyone on their feet except the women .

Ash:- LET ME EXPLAIN WILL YOU!
Gary:- Geez what up ash?
Ash:- He was blackmailed to betray me and there is no fault of him .
Serena:- How can you trust him ?
Ash:- His aura showed truthfulness when asked . Aura can never lie
Serena:- If you say so

Ash:- Brock tell us from the beginning
Brock :- It all started when you came fourth in the alolan league . I was making my way to your house to congratulate you . But when I reached your house and I went inside they all told me to betray you or else they could kill my family and my Pokémon and put the blame on me . I really did not want to but my new sibling was born a few days before your betrayal and I didn't want him dead . I am really sorry ash.
Ash:- No worries .

Just then the next round matchups came . Apparently it was a tag team battle and ash's partner was
Everyone:- TOBIAS!!??
Ash:- Woah
And his opponents were
Everyone :- Cilan and Dawn

Ash:- Oh yeah Brock who and all are the real traitors and who are on our side ?
Brock :- Dawn, Cilan and me are on your side . The rest all are the real traitors .
Ash:- Woah really thanks .
Brock :- No pro bro
Ash:- Alright shall we go and sleep ?
Everyone:- Yup
