Real Friends and the tag battle

Last time we saw Brock reveal that Dawn and Cilan were on ash's side and the tag battle round matchups were revealed showing Ash and Tobias , the legendary holder who had faced Ash back in the Lily of the Valley conference in Sinnoh , were tag battle teammates and their opponents were none other than Dawn and Cilan .

Tobias:- Hmm so we meet again
Ash:- Yep we sure do
Tobias:- So ready to get beat by me again
Ash:- Actually this time the results gonna be different
Tobias:- How so ?
Ash:- You will see ... Now let's head to the stadium

Ash and Serena kiss and receiving "Good Luck" s from the gang , Ash and Tobias head to the place where their battle will take place

Ref:- This is the tag team battle between Ash and Tobias and Dawn and Cilan . It will be a six on six battle . Each trainer shall use three Pokémon

Dawn and Cilan are really depressed and Ash couldn't stand seeing them so sad as they were blackmailed into betraying him. So he strikes up an aura conversation with them

<Aura Speak Starts >
Ash:- Hi Dawn . Hi Cilan . How are you guys ?
Dawn and Cilan :- Ash is that you ?
Ash:- Yup
Dawn and Cilan:- Ash we are really sorry ! We didn't want to but —
Ash:- They blackmailed you into betraying me right ?
Dawn and Cilan:- Y.. Yes
Ash:- Don't worry I forgive you ! Now give me a match that I won't forget !
Dawn and Cilan :- Alright !

Ref:- Please send out your Pokémon
Dawn :- Go Empoleon
Cilan:- Go Stunfisk
Tobias:- Go Darkrai
Ash:- Darkrai , I choose you !

Ash's Darkrai was so large and intimidating , that it would give Tobias's a nightmare for a week . Everyone is startled by its appearance as it felt super strong and by the shining of the sunlight on its dark coat , everyone could just barely resist peeing .

Ref:- B.. Battle B.. Be.. Begin
Dawn:- Use Whirlpool
Cilan:- Thunderbolt let's go
Tobias:- Dark void
Ash:- Use dark void as well

Empoleon starts charging up its attack and from it's mouth a stream of water comes out and it quickly forms into a whirlpool . It was really big . So big that it blocked the sun. As soon as it launches it , stunfisk adds up its thunderbolt making the whirlpool feel like an electric storm heading towards the Darkrai . But Ash's Darkrai knew what to do at these situations . It used dark pulse and it quickly dissipated into sparkles making it like a contest . Then the two Darkrai head out with the original plan and uses dark void and put them to sleep .

Cilan:- Hmm I knew this would happen. Stunfisk use sleep talk.

As luck would have it , Stunfisk uses thunderbolt waking up both itself and Empoleon and also dealing minor damage to the Darkrai .

Cilan:- Good job Stunfisk , Now Use thunderbolt again
Dawn:- Empoleon use steel wing into brick break
Ash and Tobias :- Dark pulse let's go

Stunfisk charges up its thunderbolt again and releases it towards the two Darkrai while they release their dark pulse . Stunfisk has been trained very well as it is easily countering the dark pulses. All this time they don't realise Empoleon flying towards them while using steel wing. It hits one with the steel wing and uses brick break on the other. The dark pulse stops and the thunderbolt reaches them soaking them in electric energy but it was not useful as the Darkrai have been trained by two of the most strongest trainers. They get enraged and quickly blast a focus blast which is enough to knock the Pokémon out

Ref:- Stunfisk and Empoleon are unable to battle. Please send out your next Pokémon
Dawn :- Arceus , that Darkrai of yours is really strong . But I won't give up . Go Typhlosion
Cilan :- I agree with Dawn . But however if we are gonna lose , we won't go down without a fight . Go Crustle.
Ash:- Now that's the spirit . Return Darkrai , a very good job.Go Latios
Tobias :- Return Darkrai , a good job as usual. Go Latios .

Ash's Latios was longer than Tobias's and its coat was much more brighter.

Ref:- Battle begin
Dawn:- Use quick attack to get below them and use eruption
Cilan:- Crustle Use shell smash
Ash:- Luster purge
Tobias:- Dragon pulse

Typhlosion runs quickly beneath the two jet Pokémon and from its back a volcano erupts straight into the air. But they are not called the fast jet Pokémon for nothing and they get away from the lava in a flash and use luster purge and dragon pulse respectively. Dawns Typhlosion is still a bit young and it can't take two attacks from two legendaries and it finally collapses.
Dawn:- Oh no return ! You did good .
Cilan:- Don't worry I shall take care of them. Crustle Use quick attack and x-scissor .
Ash:- Latios fly high in the sky !
Tobias:- Latios don't fly and use luster purge.
Ash:- Uh oh bad idea

Crustle is now having a lot of speed as it has lost its shell . It is almost the same speed as the Latios . Ash's Latios fly's up in the sky as it knows what would happen . But Tobias didn't listen and he would eventually collapse. Crustle came rushing on top of the luster purge and with the increased momentum and with some of the lava from eruption it goes down with the Latios just like how Pikachu had tied back in Sinnoh .

Ref:- Latios and Crustle are unable to battle . Please send out your last Pokémon.
Cilan:- Return Stunfisk you did a good job . Now go Simisage
Dawn:- Go Mamoswine
Ash:- Return Latios . A very good job
Tobias :- You too Latios . Return . Now go Infernape
Ash:- Woah you have a non legendary Pokémon , that's so cool !

Ash says that with sarcasm dripping in his voice

Tobias:- What ? It's my starter !
Ash:- Alright go Infernape

Ash's Infernape's fur is more brighter and it is shining . Also the flame on its head is larger and brighter than ever .

Ref:- Battle begin
Dawn:- Mamoswine use takedown
Cilan:- Use hydro pump
Ash:- Use Mach punch
Tobias:- Use Flare blitz

Mamoswine starts rushing towards the two Infernape while being coated in white energy with yellow static surrounding it . But Ash's Infernape uses mach punch and straight up knocks down Mamoswine who is struggling to get up . Simisage uses hydro pump which it has learnt from its brother in unova and a jet stream of water rushes over to Infernape which turns it into steam when it uses flare blitz

Ash:- Flare blitz lets go
Tobias :- You too Infernape

Using the steam as cover , the two Infernape wrap themselves in blue fire energy and they rush towards Mamoswine and Simisage and knock them out

Ref:- Mamoswine and Simisage are unable to battle. Dawn and Cilan have no more Pokémon left. So the winners of this match and the battlers tomorrow are Ash and Tobias .
Battlers:- GG

Ash and the gang including Dawn and Cilan  make their way to the Pokémon center and while doing so they come face to face with the traitors .

Serena:- What do you people want now ?
Misty:- Oh it's nothing personal dear . We want to just ... KILL ALL OF YOU

And they bring out their weapons and charge towards Ash and the gang . But
Ash was enraged that they would dare to try and hurt someone so near to him . He quickly released an aura pulse which knocked them all down and then ash used his aura speed to knock them out. He then punched them so hard that blood started gushing out .

Ash:- Let's Go I don't want to mess up my hand anymore

They all are really scared and they nervously nod and continue their journey back to the Pokémon center .
