The Lyrics of my heart

Do you think you know me?

I was never good at adapting 

Never quite understood flexibility

Always looking at the stars

never understood my own planet

An outcast I was

A social misfit I was called

The people don't like me, I know

I was a light with a different glow.

I never thought before speaking

didn't have the courage to think through my actions

Don't look at me as if you understand me!

Only I understand myself

I smile at you but its a fake.

Externally I laugh, internally I scream a different strain

Don't look at me as if you know me!

My words are foreign to you

An alien I am, but an alien with my own terms

Don't look at me as if you understand.

-I can understand that nobody understands me, but I won't be someone I'm not
