"Get back here you little shits!" Blackbeard yelled while chasing after Jager and Bandit. They had replaced his bulletproof shield with a plastic vision. It really didn't change the durability of it. IQ and Valkyrie watched the chase. IQ took a sip from her coffee while Valkyrie told her something. Judging from her laugh it was most likely a joke. After awhile you decided to look around.

Echo and Twitch were comparing drones. Zofia and Mira were arm wrestling. Sledge and Thatcher were drinking tea and telling stories about their time in the SAS. You decided to sit down and listen to some of them. 

You continued to put on a smile but deep down you knew your time with them was short. In less then a week you'd be returning to your abusive father. You must not of had a good poker face because Sledge asked you what was wrong. "I'm just not ready to leave. In the time I spent here, I was surrounded by people who were kind to me. In a few days I'll be leaving and I'm just not ready to go back to being abused every day." You said trying not to cry. Taking a shaky breath you regained control of your emotions. Sledge gave you a pat on the shoulder. "You'll be alright kid, everything usually works out in the end." He said. "You've has a bigger impact on us than you think." He added softly. "Awe, you to are gonna make me cry." Mira said from the table. You let out small chuckle.
