In the letter, it said...

The letter said,

Dear Mr. or Ms. Potter,

We are happy to inform you that you are accepted into Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.  I will see you on the 1st of September.  Your school supplies and clothing will be on the other letter I have sent you.

Me and James were both so happy that we danced weirdly in the dining room.  Mum and Dad were laughing so hard watching us dance weirdly that they fell on the floor laughing.  We soon joined in the laughing and we felt like we couldn't breathe! I checked what we needed from Diagon Alley.  Yes you heard me right,  Diagon Alley. Me, James, and our parents would go to Diagon Alley when we needed to. There was a lot of stuff we needed from Diagon Alley for Hogwarts.  It also says we could bring a toad,  cat,  or owl into our liking.  I'm definitely getting an owl,  they are really helpful. Anyways,  I got up from the floor still laughing and trying to calm down. 

We have 6 more months until going to Hogwarts.  I will be bored by that time.  (A/N I will be doing time skips and warning there will be cursing in the story.)  Mum, Dad, and James got off the floor and sat down on the chairs. I told James and our parents what we needed while eating the pancakes, and I also told them we have 6 months until going to Hogwarts.

"What are we gonna do for the rest of the months?" I asked concerned."Well me and your mum were thinking of going to Italy and Spain to visit a few friends of ours and we were wondering if you two wanna come with us?" Dad asked.  I, of course, said yes, and James did too."Well go pack your clothes and stuff. We'll be staying in Italy for 2 months and Spain 2 months as well."Mum yelled while we ran upstairs to pack. "Also we'll be leaving tonight, since it's sunday!" Dad yelled from downstairs. "Ok!" Me and James yelled from upstairs.

I packed a lot of clothes, and I mean A Lot, but I still had room in my suitcase to put more stuff in, and that's what I did. After I packed my stuff,  I checked what time it was.  It was 10:30. I had enough time until nightfall to do some stuff.
